Basically, the manager here does not have the experience to deal with everything. She is trying her best though so I cannot say anything against her.Everything has been a mess from moving in and most things I have had to deal with myself with not much support. Also Head Office do not convey the complete instructions of what I Have to do.It is certainly not like the Anchor Housing I came from in Hastings.All matters have now been sorted thankfully.

It was a nice touch to receive a welcome card from anchor . I had a few problems with the flat toilet seat kept moving to one side two of windows the seals have blown when we had heavey rain damp came through on two walls . I reported the problems toilet fixed window people coming tomorrow waiting for the walls to be inspected anchor apologise can't fault them moved very fast on problems.
