My brother moved into Sutherland Court at the beginning of June. All the staff have been incredible in sorting everything before the move and as he moved in so the move went very smoothly. Everyone is so friendly and kind, The premises are immaculate, I am very thankful to all the staff and residents for making my brother feel so welcome!

Choosing to live with Anchor is one of the best decisions i have made. As I get older it is good to have people to talk to and attend the various groups, Also sit in the lovely gardens The Manager is very supportive and has helped me settle in. The alarm cord allows me to contact the manager or an Anchor Officer if i feel ill or need assistance and i feel safe and comfortable here..

The best choice we've ever made. Property is lovely neighbours excellent the scheme is close to all amenities. Doctors, hospital, local buses all close by . 3 large retail parks too. Site manager is lovely and very helpful, everyone we have spoken to here are full of praise living with Anchor.

TrustpilotFlats should be professionally inspected by a qualified snagger and items requiring fixing should be done prior to someone moving in.The kitchen is a mismatch of cupboards…
The kitchen is a mismatch of cupboards doors etc missing work surface holes in the walls mismatched tiles and water damaged shelves, the electric sockets switches have gaps that water condensation can get into. Anchor is very slowly repairing these. The bathroom has a broken extractor fan that can't be repaired so I'm waiting to see how they can work around that. The toilet flush system was so slow to fill up again, but they have now fixed that. The shower temperature bar was either very hot or cold, again they have now fixed that. . I wonder why these jobs could not have been fixed prior to me moving in. Shout out to the Local management who have been very helpful in organising the repairs for me.

Our estate manager Kerry Wilkes helped to make our move faultless and stress free. Explaining procedures, sign ups and collection of keys for our new dream home. Managing repairs to our new home in a timely manner. We are now looking forward to creating new memories and spending time in our garden.

Every year the maintenance fee goes through the roof You make suggestions to save money and you are told in no uncertain terms it’s not happening And if you sell a property they demand money back They will bleed you dry

Anchor social housing employ a 40 thousand workforce, Their managers support Being truthful is their motto but they dont stick to it. Its like living in nomans land. Nothing is too much if you don't upset thier estate manager, care, compation wishing every tennat well is not the case for some that are not liked .move in if you dare and wittness the unhappy tennants
