The lady (Trish) whom shown us around done all paperwork with us and was such a lovely caring lady who made my mum and dad feel at ease, they having been living there a couple of months now and very settled and happy. We registered with Anchor just a couple of months ago and we were called after just a couple of weeks to offer us a flat, the turn around time from offer to taking the keys was just a couple of weeks in which time the flat was cleaned ( had had a heavy smoker in could have been cleaned more thoroughly only small gripe) and decorated, we have since thoroughly deep cleaned the property and redecorated it to our taste a we love our little flat. The rent is reasonable and the community spirit in this scheme is great so we are very happy.
