After just 8 weeks of living at Dane Court, I feel that i have come home. Anchor provides the security I need, repairs have been done promptly, and the neighbours have made me welcome. Easy access to shops by bus, and to appointments at local hospitals, means I have everything I need, and could not be happier. Thank you!

From the time i applied for a flat to being offered one took just a couple of weeks, the estate manager was very helpful explaining every thing i needed to know and answered any questions i had and went out of her way to help me settle in. The flat was clean and tidy so i had barely any work to do on moving in day, also most importantly we sat and worked out my finances to see if was the right choice for me and lo and behold it turns out it is very affordable i'd definitely recommend Anchor housing.

So this is my second review of Anchor ,I moved in two weeks ago to Ridgeway court, Ayor my scheme manager has been so lovely, even before I moved in The scheme is very quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere, I feel so happy and chilled , my flat is adequate for my needs due to my health issues . Everyone I have met so far has been very polite and welcoming ,Thank you Anchor and thank you Ayor 😊.

Hi 👋 Emily (site manager) was and is fantastic she made everything as easy as possible for our move into Hanover Court. We are settled in to a certain extent as we are looking forward to being added to the waiting list for a 2 bed ground floor flat as I have health problems . But yes really happy with how everything went .

TrustpilotI have been looking for an Anchor…
I have been looking for an Anchor property to rent for a few months in 2024. It is a bit of a con when they advertise properties available immediately, when they actually have waiting lists behind those ' available immediately ' advertisements on their website. One I looked at had 27 people before me, with 2 vacancies - not a cat in hells chance of being housed by them. They need to start being less economical with the truth. They are supposedly offering much needed housing to the over 55's in possible dire circumstances. Crisis - Birmingham's Skylight Hub advised me to go for this type of accommodation , as there is more housing stock for the over 55s... Really? I beg to differ, after going to a few sites.
