Please stay away!

Honestly could not have a more crappy experience and lost a ton of money. Advertised a property as having a certain income but it was completely false. They said property was ready to have a HMO license applied for but I had to spend tons on renovation. If you do not want to lose your money please stay away because they cannot be trusted in what they say.

Don't believe Alssop dirty and dishonest auction they are robbery they said building income £85000 in rent income was 20 rooms and 1 room vacate they are lier only 10 rooms in rent and £36000 pa don't believe them 100 time double check with untrained staff in Allsop auction they know only cheating people with fake information if you. Double check with them everything disclose and clear to you never ever buy from them and ask to see landlord face to face or get all details for seller and ask all information directly from seller because Allsop auction lier don't trust them . And make sure to see the building you buy even 10 times go and see before bidding and 100 times ask because still they cheating you 😭 😭 😭 😭 be careful don't buy from doddgy Alssop auction never ever recommend anyone to buy from them dangerous really don't trust them keep your money in safe please don't take risk with Allsop auction

Another great experience dealing with the sales and customer experience teams at Dandara.From our very first meeting with Kerry to look at new apartments, she took the time to give us the opportiuntiy to see as much or as little as we wanted, in a number of the company's property portfolio. Kerry has been very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do any more to help us. She was a wealth of useful knowledge and information and always had answers to our questions.We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to view New Market Yard at an early stage and were delighted to be able to secure one of the properties there. It has taken a year to secure our beautiful new home on this Dandara site and Bradley has been with us all the way. We put down an earlybird deposit in November 2023 and moved in at the end of November 2024 when the house was completed. Bradley gave us good advice on the best way forward as we had two houses to sell. Selling a house and buying another is never straightforward but Bradley supported us through the highs and lows, moving things forward and working behind the scenes in the difficult moments. Thanks Bradley .... you were great!
