GoogleWe contacted David from Allsop auction regarding the sale of 3 properties. We didn't have much time between ads going on their website and the auction. But David did everything very fast and we were very happy to find out that all 3 properties were sold. We're very grateful to David and to Allsop for their help and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to sell their property. They're very professional, efficient and effective in their job. GoogleI have just bought a property through Allsop Auction, David was absolutely brilliant. This was my first time buying at auction and the experience couldn't have been better. All my questions and there were many were resolved quickly and I was left feeling safe and satisfied with the overall experience. I Would highly recommend Allsops and David in particular.

GoogleTerrible customer service You put an offer in post auction snd nobody gets back to you or replies to emails, so your sat there waiting until you finally get an email saying it’s now sold ten days later ??? The worst auction company I have come accross

GoogleShanil was amazing at handling the sale of our property in the auction. He was extremely helpful, patient and always available to answer questions. We managed to get great interest in our lot and David who handled our particular auction, definitely got the maximum possible from the bidders. I would definitely recommend Allsop and Shanil and David in particular and I am fussy! This was stressfree thanks to them both and a much better choice for us than a regular sale would have been.

GoogleTHINK THE AUCTION IS A BIG SCAM BE AWARE OF THE PROPERTY GOING THURSDAY 19TH DECEMBER 2024 B69 3DL SOUTH OF DUDLEY ROAD LEGAL PACK SHOWS YOU ONLY GET TO BUY SMALL PART OF THE LAND WHICH YOU SHOULD BE TELLING THE PUBLIC INSTEAD THEY ARE MISLEADING AND SAYING SITE IS 2.92 ACRES AND WANT TO SCAM PEOPLE I HAD BEEN CALLING THEM AND THEY SEEMED VERY DODGY ABOUT THIS LAND AND BEING RUDE WHICH THEN I SENT LEGAL PACK TO MY SOLICITOR AND HE TOLD ME AVOID AVOID ITS A SCAM ITS ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF LAND THEY GIVING WHICH IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING!!!!!

Allsops partake in 'Chandelier' (Off the wall) bidding. This means that they themselves ENTER FAKE BIDS to push up bids! This may (or may not) be legal, but whatever, is seriously wrong.

I ask twice for viewing the flat I want rent. They all said they will give me a virtual viewing that day, but they never show up. Very unprofessional service. Staff full with lies.

TrustpilotMost incompetent group of people
Most incompetent group of property managers and lettings coordinators. They take weeks, if not months to respond to emails and clearly do not speak to each other as they give conflicting information. It takes at least 2 months for them to send over documents and agreements and they are often on holiday. It’s extremely frustrating dealing with them and i cannot reiterate how much you should avoid this group. Glad to no longer have to deal with them again.
