TrustpilotSpend your whole wage check for rent
Avoid at all cost!!! They overcharge for rent, don’t answer when needing to contact them. The houses inside have cracks on the walls, ceilings and skirting boards, and have holes. If you want to spend your whole wage check on a house to live go ahead.

GoogleAs a vendor, Allsop has been very professional to work with throughout the sale. Initially, when speaking to Cameron Stone, to laterly working with Shanil Khagram, who always kept me updated, worked with my solicitors professionally and worked with me to make changes as necessary to market the property for a sale. Shanil made himself available at all times and always responds very fast. His experience and patience is outstanding. This means Allsop are a leading auction house in the property market.

I spoke to Alicia in the maintenance department and she couldn't have been more helpful, I was calling about a larger business issue not related to property repair but she offered to help, was very understanding and said to call back if I got no joy and she would ask around for me. I'm not a tenant but this lady went above and beyond.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The Allsop auction team held my deposit for 10 days (by now) with no explanation and no communication. I reached out to info@ and resiauction@ email addresses, but received no response whatsoever. It’s not over.

GoogleThey have amazing properties but you can never get through to them easily. It’s very overwhelming- they are a lovely staff but the lack of communication is off putting especially if you refuse to be persistent.

GooglePam Huggett has been absolutely outstanding in arranging the valuation appointment for the property. The valuation company was incredibly difficult to deal with, but Pam handled every challenge with professionalism and persistence. Her dedication, attention to detail, and efficiency are truly impressive. She's brilliant at what she does, a real asset and a pleasure to work with!

If there would have been any possibility of giving 0 rating, I would have given that This company manages few properties in wembley park in London, I have recently shifted to one of the buildings managed by them named Beton. My dishwasher isn't working since last 1.5 months and after numerous complaints to front desk team, there is no response no resolution from the team.
