I recently moved into The Lark and I’ve had such a positive experience so far. Battersea has always been one of my favourite areas in London, it feels modern, safe and very well connected, and The Lark fits the area perfectly. The building itself is beautiful and modern, and the apartment is spacious, well designed and finished to a really high standard. I especially love the kitchen and the fact that all the appliances are Smeg. Everyone working in the building has been incredibly friendly and helpful since I moved in, which made the whole process feel very easy and welcoming. A special mention to Ken at reception, who is always there with the best energy and a smile. I’m genuinely happy every time I see him! The communal spaces and facilities are also lovely, and overall the building already feels like home. I’m really happy with my choice and excited to be living here.

The management and staff are wonderfully friendly, responsive, and constantly go above and beyond for residents. The apartments have a genuine home-like feel rather than a sterile build-to-rent vibe, security is top-notch, and the co-working space (complete with a fantastic coffee machine) makes working from home a breeze. If you're looking for a safe, welcoming community in Nine Elms, I would say this is the place!

Terrible experience. Helped the seller run a scheme to try to sell three properties they did not have council permission to sell (which they obviously did not disclose). All the documents they provided were thoroughly checked pre-auction but this resurfaced post auction as they deliberately held back information that was material. The seller and their lawyers were scammers but Allsop facilitated everything and kept the buyers’ commission even though the transactions did not proceed. I have bought properties via other auctions houses before with no issues. Will never consider anything via Allsop again

I had a wonderful experience living at The Lark and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. Amelia, Gabi, Tamara, Simon, and Kenneth, along with the rest of The Lark team, were always incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. A special thank you to Amelia, who was always so understanding and went above and beyond whenever I needed anything. Communication was always easy, repairs were handled quickly, and both my apartment and the communal areas were always clean and well maintained. The parcel collection system was also very efficient, and the amenities were always kept in excellent condition. I genuinely enjoyed my two years at The Lark and don’t have a single complaint. I’ll definitely miss it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

we were interested in a commercial property and tried to contact the agent. He didnt return our call and subsequently our offer wasn't considered. We had offered more than the buyer but the agent clearly just wanted to do the least amount possible. His pathetic excuse was that he had taken 20 calls on the property on the day.! Surely a competent agent would have concluded that as the property was popular it was in the clients best interest to allow it to go to auction which was scheduled in 8 days.
