GoogleThe Lark is a modern, quiet, and well-maintained building. It’s in a great location, with easy access to shops and transit. Emily from the reception is also super helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend living here!

My experience with Dandara has been good so far. I booked my 30% discounted property with them as a first time buyer. It’s just they couldn’t provide any freebies as its a discounted property. Apart from that Mandy was very patient enough to answer all my questions and really appreciate her help. Looking forward to proceed to the next steps and finally getting my keys. Will do an update review after I moved in.

TrustpilotPotential new tenant experience
I enquired about renting an apartment on a newly built estate. When I arrived to view the property it was actually a coach house with a balcony. After consideration I decided to accept the tenancy, but was told the property I viewed was different. There were 2 on offer without a balcony, but larger, for the same rent. I had the choice of two house numbers. I chose my favourite number then was told it wasn’t ready so I had to have the other number. Again I said okay. I went through all the checks and paid the holding fee. I didn’t hear anything until the middle of the month, meaning I would be paying double rent.Then I received an email telling me that monthly rental was more because the property had a garden. I actually travelled over to look for myself, the property was finished, it was a coach house with a staircase directly in front of the main living room window. So the apartment I’d been offered had morphed into a 2 bed house with a garden. I became suspicious and pulled out of the agreement, I asked for my holding fee back, It took a little while but it was eventually returned.

Dandara Saxon's site were amazing from the beginning. Jo and Kelly were welcoming from the go, we looked at a handful of sites in the area but didn't get the same connection as we did with the team at Saxons. They were always on hand for any of my questions and kept us updated throughout. The development is fantastic and doesn't feel over crowded which is ideal. I would recommend viewing this site and speaking to Jo and Kelly to anyone.

Saturday 3rd August we visited The Meadows new builds in Wymeswold where we had an appointment with their office manager Bradley, who was so amazing. He was a mindful of information about each and every beautiful house that's being built by Dandara.Bradley was so patient and courteous with all the many and perhaps ridiculous questions we asked of him, nothing was too much trouble, even though other clients were arriving whilst we were outstaying our welcome. We moved into our new home in Saxon Park Biddenham in Feb 2024 and our journey to get there from when we first visited the development in summer 2023 was supported all the way by Kelly, Jo and Katie. No question was too small or large, always friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and excellent for staying in touch and responding. Model of customer service. After we moved in we had similar level of help and support from site managers Andy and Josh. It feels like a partnership and a collaboration that each prospective homeowner is part of and despite the many people and queries and activities they all manage daily, their approach is very personal and caring.
