Staff are friendly and accommodating, specifically Sales (Sally Barrow) and after sales (Gabriel). Site Manager (Shaun O'Boyle) and Asst Mgr (Steven) have both been very helpful. Helen/Viv were always inviting when showhouse open.

We needed some help with the sale of my late father-in-law's estate, the property was not suitable for sale through conventional process due to the condition of the house and the land itself. Previous efforts had resulted in cash offers coming to us way below value along with phone calls from the usual "property investors" whose blood ran colder than ice. I submitted the detail to Allsop and was pleased to get a call from David Evans not even 2 hours after to discuss. The property was reviewed and listed within the week and up for auction by the end of that calendar month. David was great talking me through everything and updating me as time went on, his advice was really valuable. Auction result ended up about £90,000 higher than we had been hoping for so a really great result for everyone involved. Highly recommend

Whoever manages David Evans needs to take him aside and have a word with him because he has proven to be absolutely useless. Two weeks after putting forward a proposal for auction, David Evans couldn't be bothered to communicate with us so we have given up on Allsop and are looking for an auction house where customer service is a priority, unlike Allsop.

Drove from London to the North East to viewings (which I was told don't need bookings to view and to see instructions on website) followed instructions and further sent emails to confirm timings which I still received no reply and travelled a 11 hour round trip to be let down!!!! Any time we order from Allsops they are always great at letting us know when we can expect things delivered and they have a great selection of products on their website. GoogleI recently moved and encountered a slew of issues with the management team, making for a truly dreadful experience. Firstly, there's the almost daily apartment inspections, which feel intrusive. Then there are the incessant calls about burst pipes, making it impossible to have any peace. Parcel deliveries go missing regularly, which is frustrating. And the meter readings provided to suppliers are wildly inaccurate, leading to unjustified charges. Despite numerous complaints, the issue persists, with tenants being unfairly billed for heating. The elevator is out of order, despite promises of maintenance. Management consistently ignores all grievances raised by tenants, adding to the frustration. Setting up internet, a process that usually takes minutes, turned into a five-day ordeal involving endless calls and emails due to the unwillingness of the front desk’s reaching the management team. Moreover, the initial meter reading provided by management differs significantly from what's recorded in the inventory report, resulting in an extra billing of £250 over two weeks. Despite this glaring error, management refuses to address the issue. Overall, dealing with this management team has been a nightmare, with incompetence and negligence at every turn. UPD: Front desk workers randomly enters apartments in the middle of the night without any explanation. Today, I found a group of strangers inside my apartment without prior notice. Management gaslighted me, denying it ever happened, and claimed they could do so anytime without notification, which is false according to the rental agreement. This place is a serious invasion of privacy and safety.
