GoogleJames, Dario, Matt, Maria and Caleb have all been fantastic to deal with from valuation and sale of our property through to helping us to get an offer accepted on our new home. Having not met each member of the team face to face, every time we called with a query, no mater who we spoke to they seemed to know which stage we were at and we're able to answer any questions with a good knowledge of our situation. GoogleWe recently purchased our bungalow through Alan de Maid Orpington. Our main contact was Caleb and he was excellent. Kept us updated throughout the process and kept our solicitors and our selling agent also updated James who also works in the Orpington branch was also very helpful and knowledgeable when we called for any updates or questions. I would definitely recommend using this agent for your house sale or purchase.

GoogleI have waited a while to write this review having just bought and sold our home through different more trustworthy estate agents. Now i will no longer be needing the services of Alan de maid I can write an honest review. Firstly dont make the same mistake i did and defiantly trust the negative reviews directed towards Hannah Symes they are not just a coincidence and mine is not the first and wont be the last whilst she is working there - a piece of advice if you happen to call up and she answers the phone, hang up and say you have the wrong number in the hope that you can eventually speak to and deal with one of the more reputable agents working there - Andrea or James!

GoogleWe sold our house through Alan De Maid West Wickham recently. It would be true to say it was a roller coaster experience and very stressful. Nevertheless throughout it all, James and the team supported us every step of the way and showed professionalism and empathy in dealing with all the hurdles we encountered. Without their dedication, knowledge and perseverance we would not have got our sale ‘over the line’. Our sincere thanks go out to James, Andrea, Hannah and Connie - aka ‘The A Team’ ! - all of whom contributed to our sale. GoogleI was very happy with the service from the Orpington branch of Alan de Maid. We had four valuations, one was very low, one very high and two in the middle one of which was from Alan de Maid which I always felt was sensible and pitched in the right ball park. Pictures and promotional pack were good quality. I had contact or dealings with most of the team at various times and every was friendly but very professional. Last year, I sold another property in Bromley and used two different high street agents, but in terms of starting with a realistic price with good marketing literature, my experience of Alan de Maid was far superior. All round, very good job, sold the property quickly and my appreciation to James, Caleb and the team.

GoogleI recently had to sell my parents home in West Wickham following probate. It was quite an emotional and upsetting experience and difficult at times as I do not live locally. However, James and Hannah were extremely helpful and sensitive and often went above and beyond checking that things at the house were ok.
