GoogleI went into the office to ask for a Market Appraisal for my property. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Dario who came to do the valuation was very polite and professional. The responses to phone calls and emails have been very quick and efficient and I found their service was excellent.

GoogleI cannot express my thanks to Diane and her fantastic team for all the help and assistance they provided to me when selling and buying. Selling my property was difficult emotionally for me, but they managed to find me a buyer who was true to his word and completed the purchase in a super quick time. My purchase was fraught with problems as I buying a leasehold property but their experience and valuable knowledge got me through the process and they took the stress and worry away from me. I would not hesitate in recommending them, they really did go the extra mile to get me moved into my new property which I am now so happy to be in.

GoogleWe used Alan De Maid to sell our house towards the end of last year. We switched to them from a different estate agent with whom we had been struggling and we were so glad we did. If only we had done so sooner! The service we got from Alan de Maid was fantastic and so different to what we had experienced elsewhere. The whole team were very professional and helpful and kept us fully informed on progress and developments around viewings etc. They were all really connected so it didn’t matter who we spoke to, everyone knew what was happening. They gave us helpful and practical advice around the offers we received on our house and Diane’s guidance and experience was invaluable as we navigated our way through a few complications in relation to the property we were purchasing. The progression service was equally impressive and we managed to get to completion in just 7 weeks. We’ve no doubt that this was helped by the efforts of the Alan de Maid team to keep things moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan de Maid.

I was delighted with the quality of the sales brochure they prepared for my property. Also the service from Diane, Dario, Cally and James has been excellent. E-mails and phone calls are responded to promptly and they are always friendly and professional. It has been a problem free process and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

With dedication to detail and a totally professional approach to all property matters, he would have been so very proud of the way his successors now conduct this Agency.
