My experience with Alan De Maid has been extremely positive. We had to find somewhere pretty quick and Harry Burge was extremely helpful with this. Harry was our negotiator with Alan De Maid and throughout he was consultative, informative, friendly and helpful. We had specific requirements that we needed from our home and Harry listened and put forward very accurate / appropriate properties. We viewed these properties quickly after requesting, and were given a full show around - he proved himself to be knowledgeable with both of the properties. The process was quick after deciding which one we wanted and Harry was always very contactable / transparent throughout. Tanya Johnson who works in the lettings team is very helpful also. She’s a fun, friendly and helpful person who always kept us updated and clearly answered any questions that we had. Both are a pleasure to speak with and I commend anyone to them. Thanks guys! :)

What can I say! Myself and the ex wife where probably one of the hardest jobs any agent could have. On one side my side we did everything to get the best price possible, from the ex wife side she was trying to insure the worst out as she was trying to bankrupt me! So quite the job. We had to 3 other agents before. They where not able to get the job done! Then the sale of the house became ADM’s they stept up to the plate and hit us a home run! After being stuck on the market for 18 months with only one silly offer. ADM brought the right buyers, they all worked there socks off to get us to the sale we needed. In my opinion ADM are the best agents in Beckenham at the least, it is so important to have the right agents to get the job done! Amazing what they did for me, really was life changing and I’m ever thankful to the team for changing my life. Thank you all! I know that this sale was probably the hardest this year. We sold our flat through Alan De Maid Beckenham earlier this year. They were exceptional from start to finish. Lisa, who initially "valued" our flat was confident and knowledgeable, she lives in the area and has a real grasp of the local market. She came equipped with plenty of comparables and was able to instil confidence in her marketing strategy from day one. We opted for a professional photography package which was well worth the money, Lisa explained about the importance of photos as a first impression. We received the photos and were online within a couple of days from when Lisa first visited. We were absolutely blown away with the quality of the photos, they were head and shoulders above any other photos with other agents in the area and I'm sure played a big role in selling so quickly. We sold within 3 weeks in what was (and still is) considered a tough market. Karen handled the sale and conveyancing process and kept me updated at every stage, her input was cruicial to keep to timescales and we managed to exchange and complete within 3 months, which worked perfectly for all parties involved. Would like to post a review to highly recommend Alan De Maid Beckenham- we have recently completed on a house sale- having purchased through Alan De Maid (not sold via them unfortunately but wish we had of!). The service received was first class- nothing was ever too much trouble, every question answered, assistance provided in every step of the process- and a very balanced approach in the dealings with both vendor and buyer (me!). Special mention goes to Lisa Knight with whom we dealt with mainly- simply a pleasure in every aspect of her role. I think also worth noting that we used Alan De Maid in house mortgage broker, Gary Tynan, to secure the mortgage and also re-mortgage another property- once again exemplary service- jumped hoops and locked down two terrific deals. Both come highly recommended and will ensure everything goes through AdM in the future- thanks!
