GoogleI’ve just recently bought the house with them. I could not be any happier. Their services is second to none. I had deals with many other agencies and solicitors to buy our first house , it was stressful physically, mentally and financially before. GoogleWe would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Alan de Maid Orpington for making the selling of our property and the purchase of our new home totally painless. From the initial enquiry to the day of completion, the staff were always professional and efficient. We were updated daily and can say that when we needed to speak to someone we always could, if not, the call was returned the very same day, we were never left waiting or frustrated which is very unusual these days. We could not believe how quickly Alan de Maid found us a buyer for our property at a price we were very happy with and also how quickly they found us a property to buy. From start to finish the whole process only took 3 and a half months which was amazing!! The service we received was faultless. If anyone is looking to sell or purchase a property then without any doubt Alan de Maid Orpington is the Company to choose.

GoogleAbove and beyond.... The whole team at ADM are absolutely fantasic. We had a particuly difficult house move which i believe would not have been possible if it were not for the team at Chisehurst. Nothing was too much trouble. ADM in Orpington also sold my property last year and again, fantastic service. Can not recommend these guys enough!

GoogleWe found working with Alan de Maid very easy and professional. We especially noted Deana's approach since it wasn't "real-estate-agent-esque" when compared to others we encountered. That made a big difference. The purchase was made far more complex by the vendor's solicitor which created a lot of work for everyone involved, including AdM. They've done well in supporting the process on that front as well.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house in Chislehurst through Alan De Maid. Even though the sales agent left half way through the purchase, it was seamlessly taken over. They were easy to speak to, honest and easily contactable. There were a few bumps in the road with our transactions, but it was dealt with well by Peter and the team. When we come to sell our property, we will definitely seek the services of Alan De Maid Chislehurst.

I have consistently found the manager Peter to be highly proactive, well connected with other estate agents and knowledgeable about the local housing market. I was particularly pleased with my last sale where Peter’s fantastic team secured an improved offer which amply paid their commission; who needs online agents.

The manager Peter Batty is well connected and really understands the local market which enabled us to sell our previous home and buy the house we had set our hearts on. It was a complex process with lots of unexpected setbacks, but Peter and his team could not do enough for us and we were kept well informed throughout. Peter, Maria and Deana were all highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
