GoogleI received a great service from the Beckenham office of Alan de Maid, in particular Karen Looker who was instrumental in resolving many of the difficulties that we had to deal with along the way to the purchase of my new home. I would use Alan de Maid again without hesitation.

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with Alan de Maid in Beckenham. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa who looked after me. It is not an easy time to buy or sell a house but they were always encouraging and I felt they did their very best for me and found me a very good buyer.

GoogleLisa from Alan De Maid was the agent working on the flat my husband and I bought in Beckenham. She was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient with all the questions we had as first time buyers, responded quickly and helpfully to emails, and was really helpful in facilitating communications between us and the vendors. Lisa knows the Beckenham area really well, and was able to advise us on the neighbourhood and suggest parts of it to visit.

GoogleThe whole team at ADM have been great. They pulled all the stops out to get our flat sold in record time after our first buyer pulled out. Lisa is great and knows her stuff. She got the new sale through and we are so grateful to her, not only for her work but also her friendly and approachable nature. We dealt with a couple of other agencies before using ADM. We really should have went straight for Lisa and the team as other estate agencies are amateurs in comparison.

He was very knowledgeable and helped us so the whole buying process was a really smooth and stress-free experience. His communication was absolutely amazing, always quick and prompt. He went the extra mile and kept us regularly informed of the progress and always thinking one step ahead. Ralph explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. She helped steer me, made helpful suggestions and was instrumental at making sure my flat still sold during this difficult time. GoogleWe purchased a property recently via Alan de Maid and our agent Lisa was fantastic. She is friendly, has incredible knowledge about the area and went out her way to find out further information on the property in order for us to make informed decision. When we had our offer accepted Lisa was incredible. She knows exactly how the conveyancing should progress and helped hurry things along, negotiate a fair price for both us and the vendor and kept us all in the loop at all times. By far one of the best agents we have worked with!! Highly recommend.

GoogleMe and my partner recently bough our first property through Alan de Maid and the experience with them could not have been more positive. Alan de Maid are incredibly professional, polite and always willing to help. In particular, Lisa Knight who was agent who sold the property to us was amazing throughout the entire process. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Lisa was always ready to chat if we needed, put us at ease and help us through the daunting process of buying our first home. Lisa really went above and beyond what we expected of estate agent and for that we will be forever thankful. Highly recommended from us!

GoogleSpoke to Oliver trying to book a viewing on a property and he seems to be blocking the viewing which is really bizarre. He claims to run the branch but i struggle to believe that based on his attitude, i feel sorry for the landlord trying to rent his empty property!
