GoogleI have been lied and taken advantage from Alan De Maid Bromley. Lies about my evidence of payment and left us down even after bank references. Also lied right in my face and robbed of our holding deposit. I have never had such a bad experience and wish nobody finds themselves in my position. Looks like taking advantage of tenants is their best job.

GoogleThe sales team at ADM were simply outstanding. After many months of trying to sell I turned to ADM and they got me two offers in two weeks. I was based in Australia which could have made the process really tricky however the team at ADM made it so so easy, with regular updates, great advice and customer service going that extra mile with helping me being so far away. Probably the best customer service I have seen in years, extremely proactive in finding buyers not just waiting for buyers, doing what they say they will and communicating when they say they will - I can’t recommend Teresa, Petrena and the team highly enough. Thanks guys!

There were a few hiccups in the chain at various times but Kerry kept the whole chain informed and up to date helping to progress the sale Selling and buying a property is super stressful but my husband and myself were confident we were in the best hands and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleAlan De Maid, Bromley Branch, is by far the best estate agent we’ve ever used. They made it possible for us to buy our last house and were behind us all the way during our last sale. Teresa, the branch manager, was wonderful and very supportive through a very difficult process and it really would not have been possible for everything to go through without their help. Ironically, Alan De Maid charge a lower fee than a lot of the other larger agents, yet they provide a much better service. Their valuations are always realistic and their communication is terrific. I really could not recommend them highly enough.
