GoogleFrom day one you couldn’t ask for better service and without doubt Alan de Maid Orpington was the driving force in our sale and for the purchase of our our current property. From Dario who carried out our valuation to Rebecca, Diane and finally James who made it all happen. Having experienced several estate agents on our journey to find a new property I can tell you that none have compared to the team at Orpington. If it wasn’t for them we would never have made the stamp duty deadline in June . 10 out of 10 !!!

GoogleAllan De Maid (Orpington) have been absolutely brilliant in sale of my property in these challenging times. There were many hurdles along the way due to COVID-19 e.g slow response from banks, solicitors and surveys. James kept us informed and assured that sale will go through and glad it went all fine. GoogleService was impeccable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Second to none! We have used the Orpington office of Alan de Maid on many occasions when looking to buy a property and found them to be proactive and professional. The manager, Diane, goes above and beyond to make the sale and purchase of the properties run smoothly and without hitch. She constantly co-ordinated the chain by providing us with regular updates and were always available to talk to, even after office hours. I never feel the need to chase as the communication is second to none. Since helping us, Diane is also gone onto sell my daughters property. Thank you for all your care and attention.

My house sold within a week and despite a lengthy conveyance, I move tomorrow to Sevenoaks. No issue was too small, and they were always actioned promptly and efficiently. Alan de Maid were not the agents selling our property but the agent for our vendor. However, we found ourselves dealing with them as time went on in relation to both our purchase and sale because they were more proactive than our own agents! James provided us with regular updates so we were kept up to speed with the process and knew what was next to come from viewing the property through to completion. When we were closer to completion, we also received regular updates from Diane who was also extremely helpful. Both James & Diane were approachable throughout our buying process and made the experience stress free. We would definitely recommend Alan De Maid and will hopefully be able to use them again in the future.
