GoogleSelling a property at any time can be a stressful process, but doing so in the middle of a pandemic makes the process even more challenging. Despite this, Lisa, Munsoor and the Alan de Maid team rose to the challenge. They remained undeterred and determined throughout the entire process. Always reassuring me that they would find the right buyer for my property and remaining supportive and positive from start to finish. Lisa provided regular updates and honest feedback and advice was always just a phone call away. I’ve used other estate agents before and what sets Lisa and the Alan de Maid team apart from the rest is that they genuinely care. GoogleI cannot thank Lisa enough for the help and assistance she provided. I called Alan De Maid out of pure desperation as the property they were marketing was at the top of the chain I was in (and my estate agent was not providing me with any details). Lisa did not have to talk to me but she listened to what I had to say and successfully co-ordinated the exchange of contracts within 24 hours of me contacting her, navigating the outstanding points on the contract and speaking to all solicitors in the chain (as well as the leaseholder) to get everything ready. In short, Lisa went above and beyond to help me and without her, we would not have exchanged on time - fact! Her professionalism and courtesy is unparalleled, and I am eternally grateful for her answering the phone to me. GoogleI chose Alan de Maid as they offered a competitive service at a very good price. They are a long standing Estate Agent that I remember seeing on the high street from my childhood many years ago! Alan de Maid did not disappoint, after several viewings someone made a cheeky offer that was then negotiated to an acceptable price. We were first time sellers & the buyers first time buyers but we were in good hands with plenty of guidance. Good communication throughout the selling process, and helpful advise especially towards completion. A win win for everyone, happy seller and very happy buyers. Thankyou

Alan De Maid were outstanding throughout the entire process and we really couldn't have done it without them. When we ran into a string of issues with our solicitors the Alan De Maid Beckenham team, in particular Matt and Lisa, went above and beyond in their efforts to resolve matters. They were professional, courteous and provided an exceptionally personal sercvice throughout the stressful purchase of our wonderful new home. Lisa has been an absolute hero for us when it came to chasing our solicitors and we are so grateful to her and the whole Beckenham team for helping us onto the ladder.

GoogleWe sold our property in Bromley through the branch there and bought our new one through the Beckenham Branch. We were especially impressed by Lisa from Beckenham, who was very supportive through at times a challenging conveyancing process. She formed a good relationship with our solicitor and clearly had a good one with our vendors. However she needed to be relentless and was in chasing the vendors conveyancing solicitor!. Unless she was on a call with another client, she always made herself, even outised office hours, available to discuss progress and support us.
