Really made us feel like a valued customer, they had a tough sale with our property due to time wasted by a buyer pulling out last minute, but they got us a buyer within a couple of weeks of that and followed through and owned the sale process with a lot of determination. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Franck Rouget from Alan De Maid. I probably had to wait until Christmas for completion if it wasn’t for Franck and my solicitor. We had been looking for a house for a while, and ADM were the only agents who kept me us up to date with new instructions and would check in on us to see how our search was going. They also refrained from sending us random emails weekly with properties that did not match our requirements and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We ended up buying a house through them which was perfect and they were extremely helpful throughout the sale progress. Kerry and Theresa went the extra mile. By far the best agents in Bromley.
