We had several estate agents value our property prior to sale. Maria Francis from Alan De Maid gave a very professional service and offered some very helpful observations and ideas. The company’s agency fees represented excellent value for money. The process of getting the flat on to the market was smooth. Good quality pictures were taken and the flat was marketed online as well as by the Chistlehurst team. The flat went under offer fairly quickly and, although this first sale fell through early on Alan De Maid were successful in swiftly securing a second buyer.. The team was proactive in getting the sale through. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Peter Batty and his team highly enough.Although most of my dealings were with Peter who showed excellent interpersonal skills the entire team were very efficient and approachable. We had a long and bumpy house moving process, mainly because of Covid and the resulting solicitor delays. Lisa was with us the whole way, doing everything she could to help a difficult process along, and finding us a new and even better house when our chain broke down. I agree with reviewer - A Frost. Not the experience I was expecting. From me personally, I’d say they were argumentative, defensive, insulting and abusive. They didn’t listen, lied (but as they didn’t listen, they’d probably put that down to “misunderstanding”) Their Delboy give us all your money attitude rubbed me the wrong way. I’ll never forget their comment “that’s how the market is. That was then, this is now, the market’s changed. I’ve seen 3 on that street go within days, we’ve already got 10 viewings booked, what even is your budget?” They don’t need me, clearly, from their attitude, but they should remember that WE don’t need them. Lettings: if you have a response, respond publicly. Tell everyone. Don’t bother telling me to get in touch. My money is elsewhere (and believe me, it’s above the asking price)
