Franck and Patricia helped us to complete the sale of our house. They managed to find as a good buyer and negotiated a fair price for our house. The process was a stressful experience due to the house we were trying to buy, the COVID stamp duty holiday, and my expiring mortgage offer, but in fairness, Franck always returned my calls and did as much as was humanly possible to get the sale and purchase over the line, working with the vendors agent and despite the vendors changing position, they stuck with it and got the sale complete.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

From the start of our house buying journey to the end, the process with Alan De Maid was very smooth and professional. Franck was always very prompt with responses, would chase for any information requested and would call back straight away if he was already on a call or at another viewing for any questions that needed answering. He also knew a lot about every property he showed us and in a lot more detail than other estate agents. You could also tell that he was very passionate and hardworking about his work. Some of the other houses we've seen with other estate agents, in the same area, have been of a shocking quality. Not to mention always over priced. However with Alan de Maid we viewed many houses and all of them were of a high standard with very good prices.
