GoogleA big thanks to ADM who acts as my agent on my sale, Ravina has been very proactive through out the past year. It hasn't been easy, first the pandemic, then the interest rate. Our property fell through several times due to the interest rate, it got to a point when we starting to lose hope, Ravina and team continue to support and encourage us. Her professionalism is well recognized, and I wish her and the company all the best.

GoogleTanya, Bee and Abbey were all very helpful and supportive during my move. :) especially Tanya, who was a great coordinator, she responded to my every request in a timely manner, her services were amazing. It would have been perfect if Alan de Maid could answer my call as well instead of transferring it to a voice mail. As most of our communications were via emails. Also, if there were more agents who could answer my inquiries rather than just one person, Tanya.

GoogleIf there were more stars to apply they certainly would deserve them!A special thanks to Lisa Knight who worked day and night and extra hours on Fridays to make sure that we sold our flat in a timely manner after several mishaps we had with some buyers. She made sure we were constantly in the loop especially with us living outside of the UK with calls and emails. 200% recommended!

GoogleAfter a failed attempt at the "online estate agents" I contacted Alan De Maid, West Wickham branch, and dealt with, initially, the professional branch manager, Lisa, who came and appraised the property and gave her honest opinion on a realistic sale price. The photos and brochure were promptly prepared and then went live on the normal portals. I then had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful Hannah, who conducted most of the viewings and secured a sale for us twice!! Hannah kept in very regular touch with us throughout the whole process which, as there was no chain, was a quick turnaround to completion. Such a smooth process, I would definitely recommend ADM to anyone wishing to sell their property. Well done to all of you :-)
