Incapable of managing their properties. Caused disruption, damage, and nuisance. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Edit : I had hoped there would be some form of communication or repair work done so that I could alter my review. Unfortunately, Alan De Maid Bromley Branch has a lack of adequate maintenance and a poor housing society system. Myself, my landlord and letting agent have repeatedly emailed and called to sort out a reoccuring leak and a broken window. Their tenant angrily smashed glass out of the top floor window onto the neighbours roof below. This is a safety concern, which has been ignored. Also, allowing tenants to be messy and dirty in the front of the property, not caring for bin area attracting pests, attracts antisocial behaviour such as drug takers stopping by the rubbish to take their drugs. (DISGUSTING!) Also, this has been luring rubbish tippers of the public who pass by and decide to chuck their rubbish on top. So far, I stand by my review as Alan De Maid seems incapable of properly screening potential tenants and maintaining good quality standards. Should this be resolved, then I will update this review and trustpilot.
