GoogleI recently bought a flat through Alan De Maid and the agent was Ravina Fermah. It was a great experience throughout as she was always welcoming. She acted as a great point of contact between us and the sellers. We also used the solicitors Lewis Nedas law recommended by Ravina and we are really satisfied with them as well. GoogleGreat service offered by James in Alan De Maid Orpington branch. The buying process was delayed due to documentation between solicitors, but James helped coordinate all that and pushed it a bit from his side. He was also transparent with both sides of the transaction and helped to get through the exchange. I would surely recommend Alan De Maid services in Orpington.

GoogleVery pleased to have had a trouble free sale of a one bed room flat. Had a number of viewings as soon as the property went on the market and quickly got an acceptable offer. Was recommended Amphlett Lissimore as solicitors who were excellent and was able to exchange contracts within 2 months of accepting offer. Completed 5 days later.

GoogleSelling a property is never easy but selling one when you live in a different part of the country makes it an even greater challenge. Working with Lisa Knight and the team at the Beckenham branch of ADM made the whole process so much easier. We consulted with a couple of different agencies before signing up with ADM. Lisa's professionalism, knowledge of the local area and outstanding knowledge of the market made our choice very easy. From day one, the attention to detail, timely and accurate communication was fantastic from the team. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process. Lisa Knight particularly stands out as someone who is credible, genuine and is a credit to the profession. We have had a number of poor experiences in the past where we have both bought and sold properties local to Beckenham. The personalised service and great care demonstrated by Lisa was incredible and she went over and above to navigate us through a number of complex issues to secure the sale. We can't thank Lisa and her team enough for all their help and support and would highly recommend the branch and Lisa to any prospective client looking to buy or sell property in the future. GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Alan de Maid in Beckenham. We recently bought a house through them and they have supported us all the way through. Communication was punctual, Ross has gone the extra mile to meet all our requests. A friendly and helpful team, Lisa has been exceptional in making things moving quickly and avoid the purchase to fall through. We moved a month ago and Ross is still kindly liaising with the seller whenever we've got questions. Lovely and super approachable guy, everybody we spoke to in the office has been helpful. If we ever decide to sell again, we are definitely going to appoint Alain de Maid in Beckenham!
