GoogleVery professional and considerate broker. I have been living in Chislheurst for about 10 years. Bought our home through them and they also helped with putting our previous home for sale. GoogleIncredibly poor and unprofessional service. We had agreed a time for a property valuation, the agent rescheduled twice and in the end didn't attend canceling last minute. I would strongly suggest avoiding the agency.

GoogleSam was so helpful with our house purchase; it wasn't the easiest, given we were first time buyers at the bottom of a long chain, but she was always available for questions, and always proactive in updating or informing us whenever things had changed. Sam was especially busy as the chain moved to exchange & completion, and had to go above and beyond to communicate & organise with solicitors and vendors along the chain, but she was always open and supportive during this time. Alan De Maid, and Sam in particular, ensured to do all they could in speeding our purchase along, whilst being supportive and informative. I would definitely recommend Sam and her services going forward.

GoogleNot often another agent will speak highly of another, but I just have to say in 24 years of being an estate agent I have never dealt with such a lovely team as James and Matthew. They are not just the best estate agents in what they do but they have humility that is second to none. They deal with people in such a caring, kind way which has got lost over the years in estate agency. The reason my clients sale and purchase went through was because of the way they conducted themselves throughout and were both an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this agency if looking to sell or buy your home in the Orpington area.

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Amir was rude to my wife and they wont put a offer in without prove even though legally they have to put forward any offer. We viewed a property and they refused to put the offer on same day but they favored a easy purchase. Ross then encouraged a bidding war.
