GooglePurchased my new house via Mia at Alan de Maid, we have viewed a couple of properties with them since they were representing a number of properties around our desired area. However, due to varies circumstances, none were successful, but with Mia’s insight and recommendation, we were successfully purchase our new home.

All especially important while we were outside the country arranging the house sale. The helpful coordination with letting agents, solicitors, and maintenance services has been especially helpful. GoogleWhat a great experience myself and husband have had with Alan De Maid (Bromley), Annabelle’s communication from start to finish was exceptional she went above and beyond to help us through such a stressful time especially with getting it over the line before stamp duty being reintroduced in April. GoogleI bought through Alan De Maid … David was exceptional in his approach to helping us secure one of the nicest houses on the Park with back to back viewings over a one day period & even saving the best house until last…..Making us smile along. We have been here now over a number of years and have recommended friends / family to use only ADM whether selling or buying.
