GoogleWe went back to ADM having originally bought our house from them. They are big enough to be able to offer advice and a complete service, balanced with local expertise. Plus there's no 'hard sell' as with some other agencies. Our house was put on the market and sold quickly. Unfortunately there were issues with the chain (unrelated to ADM) which meant delays, but they kept us up to date.

GoogleAlan de maid sold my house and I have to say Carina and her team were extremely professional and helpful, we had not sold or bought a house in 34 years so big changes they walked us through every step. A big call out to Samanta who was fantastic and always there for us, through endless viewings and there at the end of the phone if we needed her, her support, knowledge, advice and kindness was so remarkable and reassuring. GoogleWe purchased our current home through Alan de Maid and had a very positive experience. They managed the communication with the sellers really efficiently and kept pushing the solicitors (who were rather useless) to complete on time. Thanks to James and Caleb we managed to move in time for the start of the new school year!

GoogleOur experience with Alan De Maid Beckenham was nothing short of disastrous. The sale dragged on for 6 months purely due to their incompetence and failure to do the basics of their job. The allocated agent consistently failed to chase relevant parties, didn’t follow up on the management pack, and directly caused a one-month delay to completion. Communication was appalling. Shockingly, they even lied to us, our solicitor confirmed they never sent an updated memorandum of sale despite insisting they had. No apology has ever been offered for this dishonesty or the repeated mishandling of our sale. There was zero accountability when we raised a complaint. Handover processes were nonexistent, our agent went on leave at a critical stage without telling us. Multiple professionals in the chain echoed the same frustrations, confirming that Alan De Maid were failing to do their job properly.
