They withheld £300 from my deposit for a paint job. I requested photos and/or receipts for services as proof but never received anything.

They implied that I had sanctions against my name and after disputing these after receiving legal advice I found that their system had got it wrong and that I was wrongly reported to the OFSI when they run their reference checks.

GoogleNothing but a great experience with Ad Hoc. Through them we were able to live in a wonderful, very unique property for a few years. If you're willing to be flexible and live somewhere a bit more on the quirky side, whilst paying a lower rent, then I highly recommend considering becoming a guardian. We were very well taken care of by Luke & Claire in Birmingham, any issue we had was resolved quickly. Overall a great decision to go with them, and we're sad to be leaving. GoogleI've been a guardian with Ad Hoc for 10 years now and it's been brilliant. Not only has it allowed me to live the life I've desired without the worryingly high costs of rent & bills but it's also allowed me to be able to save up to buy my own property whilst living independently. I've lived in some very quirky but amazing locations and upon a building being recalled they have been very active at trying to find me somewhere else that suits my needs. Claire and Luke are really fantastic and I've dealt with them both since I became a guardian 10 years ago. I'm looking forward to starting my new adventure when the house purchase goes through but will miss everything Ad Hoc has done for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Ad Hoc to every & anyone. If I could give more starts I absolutely would!

GoogleSo far, the team, Charlie and Meliz from Adhoc have been helpful. The eligibility check-up was faster than I thought. Charlie has been quite professional and explained the formalities well about agreements, finances and the stay. I am yet to move and see how it goes. I will try to update my experience later. Thanks team.

GoogleAd Hoc have been amazing with myself and my partner so far (4 year journey). Dean and Julius especially have listened to all of our concerns and have supported us on our personal life goal of getting a mortgage. They operate with transparency and integrity and i could not recommend them more to anyone who requires the kind of accommodation that ad-hoc provides. Top tier.

GoogleIf you'd like a secure home for now but not forever, Ad Hoc has to be your go to. My experience has been efficient, smooth and impressive. The clear communication with Meliz who set me up for viewings within days of registering interest seemed too good to be true. Then Charlie who gives a great intro and detailed induction to becoming a property guardian with Ad Hoc, left me with no doubts about the pros, cons and expectations. I love this approach, it's relieving. Anyway, after 2 viewing days, I'm now in my choice of lovely Ad Hoc locations and writing this review while I wait for my new bed to be delivered. Thank you Charlie, Meliz and the Ad Hoc team.

Google🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 At first, I was unsure about the whole process and even asked my partner if it was going to be a good or bad experience. But honestly, I’m really happy with how everything turned out.
