A few words on the team at Absolute: competent, professional, enthusiastic, alert and on-the-ball. Efficient communication is essential in securing successful transactions in the property market. It’s often less than evident amongst estate agents. Absolute get the importance of it and execute it consistently. I have no hesitation in recommending them as outstanding practitioners in their field.

FacebookAbsolutely shocking, worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, quick enough to take your money but when you want your deposit back different story, while on the subject of deposit I’ll start there, £850 gave to them, after moving out after 6 months because of poor living conditions when it come to getting the deposit back they offered us £335 pound back, apparently where I missed I little touching up on the walls and they quote a 2cm patch they took out £100 for a painter and decorator to come around and ‘sort it out’ (I would of borrowed my sons paint by numbers paint brush and don’t it for free) apparently the carpets weren’t clean although they was a lot cleaner when we left compared to when we first moved in another £180 took out to do a ‘professional clean’ £70 took for blinds that never worked when we moved in but that’s are problem aswell.Got promised before moving in that the ‘damp patch’ on the stairs was getting sorted, 6 months on it got worse spread all to the bathroom up the stairs, the bathroom downstairs we couldn’t even use anymore cause of the smell and the green mound that was forming down there but I suppose they will get there painter and decorator to come to ‘touch up’ for £100.The boiler kept loosing pressure and not re lighting but again they knew there was a leak but ‘couldn’t find it’ or couldn’t be bothered to fix it sounds more apporiate, the amount of times I was up in the loft (cause that’s where the boiler was) bit weird I know, re pressuring it was unreal, nothing got done about that either which was really handy with a 1 year old in the house.Overall a poor company with only thoughts about money, would never use them again and I’ll make it my goal to tell everyone how poor you are.Thank you for taking half of my well earned money from the deposit hope you spend it wisely, like some customer care lessons at college

We recently purchased through Absolute and upon our first viewing Debbie was very helpful, friendly and most importantly took our interest seriously. Communication was excellent, open and honest. The purchase was far from plane sailing due to a breakdown in our chain, Absolute kept a clear and honest dialogue running throughout this period up until completion. I would not hesitate to buy or sell through Absolute in the future and without their input we probably would not have got the house we wanted. My experience as a buyer has been 100% positive. Absolute in Wellwood is a highly professional and friendly team. Our sales contact Frank understood our brief and demoed videos on his iPad at our first viewing, so efficient! Darren was great to deal with as we negotiated the purchase with the buyer. We needed access into the property on several occasions and Tina and another gentleman facilitated this for us. The entire transaction was so easy and affective. Kim who works on the admin side is an absolute gem, so responsive. Debbie helped us too in clarifying some of the processes. We completed the sales in just over 6 weeks beating our deadline by 11 days. Great pace, Thank you very much and I highly recommend your services!

Ive rung absolute who directed me through to the correct people where Lydia has gone the extra mile by comming in her own time from the gym to pass me some emergency keys to get back into my property! We used Absolute to sell our home and we are currently registered with them searching for a rental property. They are an excellent estate agent and a refreshing change from other agents we have used in the past! Nothing is ever too much trouble they really do provide excellent customer service! Over and above their remit. They always respond to queries no matter what time of day or night! This is a real bonus to us as we are both working professionals. They have even contacted other estate agents for us on our behalf as we have struggled to find a rental home! The sale of our home was very smooth and quick!! From start to finish Absolute Sales are the best. They are true to their word. They are real and extremely genuine in what they say and do. The entire 'team set up' really works fantastically . From initial meet and valuation staff , to the courteous negotiating sales staff through to Sales progression - they are all 'on the button' . All email and telephone enquiries have been dealt with , with speed, accuracy and integrity . We sold and bought through Absolute and the process was top class - I cannot rate them highly enough. In the past 10 years we have used 4 other agents on different properties hiwever selling and buying with Absolute far outshines them all.

We found Absolute to be both diligent and professional in all aspects of the sale of our home. We would highlight their communications and we were informed of every development in our sale. The photographs were prepared with great care to optimise the presentation of our home and we found the video most useful. Most important however were the staff at Ilsham Road who were very supportive, friendly and professional.

FacebookThe staff were fantastic from our initial meeting with Simon through to firstly renting our property to then being sold. Communication was excellent and kim the progressor couldn't of made the sale more simple for us and would always keep us in the loop and answer any questions we'd have. I would certainly recommend Absolute and use again in the future.

I put my maisonette on the market with Absolute in February 2017. I particularly liked the fact they kept me informed every step of the way even when there was no good news. After a couple of months I dropped the price and a week later an offer was made. Everything went well and we completed last Friday.

All of the team at absolute lettings have been amazingly helpful and friendly during the process of viewing, moving and finalising the process with the property. Lydia's initial setup for us to view the property and arrange the first viewing along with visiting the property a second time for measurements was prompt and refreshing. Chealsey handled all of the references with us and helped work with us and the referencing company to make sure we were able to secure the property with ease and give us peace of mind that we would have a new family home. Cheryl finalised all of the setup for the move and made sure we were all ready to go and that all of the facilities would be in order for us to move in. Overall a superb experience with having the knowledge that we were looked after during the whole process and that if we have any issues in the future I can rely on absolute to be there when I need them.
