GoogleThe team at Absolute were great from day one. Gave sound advice on how to make the best of our property in readiness for sale without going over the top and the particulars were well collated for people to get a realistic view of our house. Their 3D service enabled people to browse and ensured that when viewings happened they were really interested and saved a lot of time weeding out the drive by viewings . We got the asking price and the sale was managed smoothly without hitches or unnecessary delays. Always prompt to get back to us and our buyer it made what can be a stressful time positively chilled. I whole heartily recommend Simon and his team to anyone

As you can imagine, selling and buying a house is very stressful. However, Darren put our mind at rest during the valuation process, and helped us fully understand the process of selling our home. So much so, it was sold for the full asking price, after the first viewing within 48 hours of going on the market. We were then kept in the loop of future properties coming to market, and subsequently purchased our new home with the guidance of Frank who was a pleasure throughout, again through Absolute. In doing so, Kim the sales progressor was able to keep a guided eye and watch on the relevant sales, and was then able ensure the transaction was managed correctly when certain issues arose within the chain. It is very refreshing to see a local independent Estate Agent taking pride in their service, and providing a proactive and efficient service throughout. A pleasure to deal with, and would certainly want to use again and recommend to friends and family. Mr & Mrs Murphy

GoogleUsed Absolute twice now, both times they have gone above and beyond to help me find properties to my requirements. All staff have been very helpful! Would definitely recommend using them as all other agencies I've been with have been pretty grumpy and not very helpful!

FacebookAppalling communications through out the rental of my property. They also sanctioned work to go ahead on my house without my approval or permission, and had the audacity to invoice me. Rather than except their mistake they have refused to settle the bill with the contractor and are still chasing me. All landlords avoid !

There are many estate agents in the market place. Do they all deliver on their promises? We have had dealings with a number over the years. Some leave you really frustrated with their lack of communication and their lack of efficiency.. Absolute have been efficient & helpful. throughout the purchasing procedure. They continue to be helpful even months after the process has been completed. They get our full recommendation.

GoogleAlthough I haven’t used Absolute myself, as a Mortgage Broker I have experience of my clients using this Estate Agency for the purchase of property. Without exception, all my clients have been impressed with Absolute’s professionalism and enthusiasm which has helped sell their property.

One of the reasons we picked Absolute as our agents was because of the friendly, but not too over friendly, and professional approach which was given by Debbie who initially came to see us. They had also sold my Mother-in-laws property a few years before. Our house was sold within a week of going onto the website and went through reasonably quickly. Even when we did have some doubts it would, Kim in the office was very easy to talk to and satisfied us all would be OK, whilst Debbie made a visit to the house to make sure we were still happy with the way things were going. All staff very approachable, give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Jill and John Bennett
