Great service from everyone I dealt with at both the Paignton and Brixham offices, from the initial suggestions of suitable properties right through to the final collection of keys. Special mentions to Lewis who was a pleasure to deal with, keeping me informed of developments and answering queries and Claire who went out if her way to ensure I was able to pick up the keys to my property outside normal office hours (I had travelled from Yorkshire and bad traffic delayed my arrival by several hours). Very happy to recommend Absolute in the Torbay area.

William · 13 April 2020 · Absolute Sales & Lettings Brixham

Agent replied

Thanks William, we're pleased you were happy with both the offices mentioned and that we were able to re-sell your property quickly. Well done to Lewis & Claire too!

Brilliant service from the Brixham branch when selling my property. There were many problems along the way with the sale falling through twice but Chris and the team were quickly onto it, re-selling my property in a matter of days. They were always happy to help and made a lot of effort to resolve any problems that arose along the way. I would definitely recommend them

Very competent team. I really liked their flexible approach and positive problem solving.

Nick · 13 April 2020 · Absolute Sales & Lettings Brixham

Agent replied

We like to think we're good at coming up with solutions to issues that come up during the sales process, so it's good to hear your thoughts on that aspect of our service. Competence is greatly under-rated but should definitely not be taken for granted in the Estate Agency world.

Thank you for all your support when I bought my house. Excellent service from start to finish. To be given a bottle of prosecco when I collected my keys was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend the Paignton team 😁 …

Frank Earnshaw looked after us the moment we arrived in Torquay; to look at several properties. He was professional, polite and courteous to us at all times and we felt he really understood what we were looking for. He was by far the best Agent out of many others that we were viewing with and is a real asset to his organisation. Can't speak highly enough of our experience. Thank you!

SpectrumElite · 25 March 2020 · Absolute Sales & Lettings Torquay/Wellswood

Agent replied

Frank is most certainly an asset to our company, as is evidenced by the large number of similar reviews we receive specifically mentioning his professionalism. Thanks for highlighting his efforts!

Exemplary, professional and efficient friendly service from Day One. It would be unfair to single out just one member of the Absolute team for special praise. They were all brilliant! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

House on market in Broadhempston, but no sign of it at all on website

John · 9 March 2020 · Absolute Sales & Lettings Paignton

Agent replied

The property has not been officially launched to the market yet. We make sure that the bespoke brochure, professional photographs, 3D property view and floorplans are all correct prior to it being launched and the recent storms have inevitably held this up from being ready. If you are interested in the property we can tell you more about and can arrange an off market viewing. UPDATE: We'd like to think that on reflection the original 2 star rating may be changed as we feel it was somewhat harsh being simply due to the fact you couldn't find a property on our website.

Absolute were the agent for the seller of the property. As far as l the buyer was concerned, they were "absolutely" first class, from the viewing perspective and progressing through to the completion, which went perfectly smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.

Mick · 3 December 2019 · Absolute Sales & Lettings Torquay/Wellswood

Agent replied

We love to hear this kind of feedback from our buyers, although the sellers are technically our clients we’d have no business without buyers too so we work hard to make sure they are happy as well!

I cannot reccomend the girls at the paignton branch for lettings enough. I am 7 months pregnant and just moved and from start to finish they could not of been more helpful and supportive to us. It is difficult to say how highly we regard the service of Frank at Absolute Sales without sounding like a friend or relative. From our first call and making the appointment to see the property Frank was really excelent. As we are from outside the area and were driving down to see this truely unique property, it was invaluable to have his knowledge and assistance. All they way through the transaction, from offer and right through to completion we have been able to request further help and Frank has been truely outstanding. So in conclusion if you are thinking of selling in the areas covered by Absolute you can rest assured they will do everything to sell your property even to people who live 200+ miles away and if you are a buyer/landlord/tenant we cannot recommend them more!

Agent replied

This is the kind of review that makes all the effort we put in well worth it. We work very hard to provide a quality service and will always go the extra mile to help our clients. Frank is a major asset to Absolute and we are lucky to have him as part of our team. We hope you’ll be very happy with your new property and look forward to seeing it again once the renovations have been completed!
