GoogleAn ex potential customer here: took 10 days to arrange the valuation visit. During the valuation a fairly junior rep felt appropriate to make condescending remarks and, surprise, surprise, sent us the report late. Thats how to build trust and customer base. Not.

GoogleWe sold our flat in order to upgrade to a larger property with the support of Aberdeen Considine. The staff there ensured that the process of selling and securing another property was as stress free as possible, through the use of viewing agents who handled showcasing of our flat, through the handing of the mortgage, insurance and entire legal processes. Our flat sold in just over 3 weeks, and in less than a month we were in our new home. I couldn't have asked for a lesser hassle free service. Thank you Aberdeen Considine.

GoogleShocking!!! Was bad right from the start and wish I had followed my gut. No reply’s to emails or calls. Then just when I thought everything was finished it transpired that the decided not to pay my lender the amount that they requested-they took it upon themselves to remove the ERC and now I am being chased by the lender. When I contacted the solicitor they said they have waived it in the past so didn’t pay it!!!!

This was my first time purchasing a house and Aberdein Considine (Mortgage and conveyancing) was very helpful throughout the process and gave me all of the information needed at various stages. I had a free Mortgage advise appointment with Paul Gregory (Mortgage adviser) who gave me all of the information needed regarding the local market and available mortgages considering my affordability. After my mortgage has been confirmed, Aberdein Considine conveyancing team helped me to buy the property.
