I used Aberdein Considine to sell my old property and buy my new one and they were outstanding. The estate agency team with Adam and Abbie were so helpful throughout the selling process and nothing was a bother. When they said they would be in touch, they were, documents were on time and correct and the rates were extremely competitive in the market. The property went to a closing date and the whole process was seamless and stress free.

A&C Inverurie made the selling process very easy, Caitlin explained everything clearly at the start, including costs and kept me right along the way. Having their own internal legal team was ideal, again making it easy and hassle free along with some excellent advice. I will be using A&C again and would recommend them to all.

The member of staff who I have worked with most closely has been exceptional - excellent communication at all times and very good advice at all stages of the selling process. A business that lacks empathy or a heart, and no understanding of neurodiversity. Unfair and unethical sporadic charges that seem to pay for endless office parties. No effective accessibility way to make communication and it has taken months of complaints to recognize that telephone communication is no suitable and I have been charged endless discriminating fees for my difference.

Bought my first house with the help of solicitor Paul Hutcheson at AC Stirling. Was an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and I was kept in the loop about exactly what was happening and where we were at in the buying process.I would also like to thank Alison, who kept me in the loop when we made our first offer on a property as Paul was out of the office!Everybody in the Stirling branch that I communicated with was professional, proactive and exceptionally friendly. Working with the AC Stirling team definitely made buying my first home a far less stressful process than I had been anticipating!

I am not someone who enjoys the experience of selling a house. I set Stephen and his team what I thought was a very tricky thing to pull off - get my house on the market within a week. But not only did the guys manage to do that they did so in 3 working days and we had genuine viewers on the fourth day. Throughout the entire process the team kept us informed at all stages with Stephen giving advice - no matter what stupid questions I gave him.I would not hesitate to recommend AC again. Matt, Jennifer and team are very knowledgeable, very approachable and well organised. They took the time to make sure I was fully informed about the conveyancing process and kept me fully updated.
