Apologies to the staff at Peterhead for the delay but yes moving house is always filled with endless unpacking and decorating. What can I say… from start to finish the team were absolutely fantastic. They did everything to not only sell our home but to help us find our dream cottage. The amount of homes they found us to view that met/almost met all our criteria was just fab. Honestly never want to move again now in our dream home but if I did I would 100% use and recommend these guys. A really really lovely team that work together really well. Thankyou

For me didn't really know what I was doing or needed as I was first time buyer. Jade made me feel comfortable and made my full journey a breeze. No stress or hassle. Jade also put all the right people in touch with me to arrange all needs (mortgages, Insurance etc) to be a homeowner. Jade communicated with me through out and explained legal side of any concerns she had. from start to finish there was a quick turn around time from meeting Jade and getting my keys this was all down to jades hard work. I would highly recommend jade and the whole team.

Jade Kinninmont has been truly amazing. I have used Aberdein Considine before without any issues, however, hadn’t had the pleasure of working with Jade until now. The lender I chose was requesting documentation I’d never heard of and I was on a short time frame to progress with my valuation due to expire. Jade was not only able to resolve this quickly while remaining very professional, she saved me additional costs the lender would have had me pay for documentation which was not required in Scotland and additional cost for another valuation due to their delays. Her knowledge, persistence and communication with me throughout removed a lot of stress usually involved in these situations. I couldn’t recommend her services enough!

We chose AC after meeting a couple of estate agents at the property, and Stephen Simpson immediately stood out as proactive and someone who knew the market. I was selling the property in my role as guardian of the owner and again, AC managed expectations around marketing and deal timings. They generated an enormous amount of interest in the property through their own contacts and marketing, and in the end we were able to choose the best offer. Huge thanks to the team (especially Stephen and Alison) for getting us over the line - I couldn't recommend them enough.

From our first conversation with Stephen through to the closing of our sale, the whole team at Aberdein in Stirling were great. Moving home when heavily pregnant just adds to one of the most stressful things you can do but I can honestly say the team were fantastic at making this a smooth process for us. We used the in-house legal counsel which was also excellent and made the process so much easier, having had a poor experience with legal side of matters when we last moved this was a big tick in the box for us. We moved to AC after having almost no interest for 6 months with another selling agent. The manager at the local branch was super friendly and helpful when we first met. We had more interest and sold our property within 5 months. I did have to do a lot of follow up and chasing but that seems to be the norm with selling agents and AC were no worse. There is definitely a gap in the market to be addressed for marketing harder to sell properties in Scotland.

We have recently sold our property through A&C and couldn’t fault the entire process. Stephen, Alison and rest of the team all worked together to provide us with a first class service. They coordinated everything from their initial visit to familiarise themselves with our house, arranging the photographs- big thank you to Mike Dow and Janet - and scheduling the viewings. They followed up with all the viewers afterwards for feedback.The additional benefit of working with A&C was the sound and reassuring legal advice, guidance and support through the whole process and on to conveyancing. Having all these services in-house meant no delays or any details “lost in translation “. I felt that the whole firm cared about us and our home and that I could call them anytime with any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had sacked my previous lawyer after an horrendous conveyancing situation left me homeless. I reached out to Aberdein Considine and told them what happened. I was worried sick and they literally made every problem go away with zero effort from me which is a drastic contrast to my last solicitor who I payed a fortune for and did most of the leg work. I worked with Stevie, Danielle and Claire who were simply on the ball throughout and gave me brilliant advice when I needed it. Saw things coming and sorted it. I contacted Aberdein Considine for support on two legal matters to do with property ownership and was referred to Alannah Russell. I had no real understanding of the legislation applicable to either of my areas of concern. From the outset Alannah had a friendly and very professional approach; taking time to explain the processes and standards involved and promptly providing quotes for both jobs. These quotes proved to be reliably accurate and were a great help to me in planning the necessary expenditures. Throughout the whole exercise Alannah was readily contactable and prompt to respond via email and telephone. Nothing to her was too much trouble, which all added to the high quality of customer care that I experienced. We had used AC in 2017 to sell a flat and were very impressed with their efficiency. Due to the increase in mortgage rates, we decided to sell a second flat. We had no hesitation in contacting AC again. We felt quite comfortable that the flat sale was in safe hands. Matt came out and surveyed the flat, and again we felt quite comfortable that we had used the right company. The photographs were amazing. The flat sold within a day. The additional benefit of using AC was everything could be done under one roof. Jade was our solicitor and was extremely attentive, answering emails/enquiries very promptly. Selling is a stressful business and it was an added benefit to know that Jade was "on it" and we never doubted her efficiency. So much so, that we even recommended Jade to our son. We also dealt with a AC trainee solicitor (Taylor), who is also worthy of a mention. She was also very efficient and extremely helpful. Did what we asked, when we asked!
