Aberdein Considine Byres Rd Team were fantastic to deal with. Matt came out to value my mums property a year before it actually went up for sale. His approach was very professional and put me at ease. I received a monthly call from both him and staff to see if I was ready to put on market. Due to this level of commitment I decided there could not be any other agent that I could use and was not disappointed. I ended up having 2 properties to sell at same time and Jennifer was excellent at updating and reassuring me at every step. Solicitor Jade Kinninmont had a very difficult job on her hands as many parties to be dealt with at same time. She handling this very professionally and very good communication which is obviously very important. Zoe from Legal Team was also very good and again very patient and efficient. I have recommended AC to others and they are have been delighted with service too.

Purchasing our first home was a seamless and great experience overall, thanks to the team in AC. The end-to-end service, from initial mortgage advice, offer to seller, to finalising our legal contract and key handling, the team in AC - legal (Ruairidh), Purchase negotiator/branch manager (Jordan) and mortgage advisor (Krysia) were all very supportive, friendly and professional with great quality of customer service. They made our purchase hassle-free by sharing everything that we needed to know as first-time buyers. They followed up on each stage of our purchase and kept us informed, making it feel less overwhelming with all the admin involved in the property purchase. Aberdein Considine - Inverurie

We have sought the services of Aberdein Considine on a number of occasions over many years and have always been happy with the results. Most recently we approached Gary Ross almost a year ago to help us with a property matter elsewhere in Scotland. Unfortunately we could not progress this matter due to external issues and things became protracted, difficult and more than a bit stressful. Through the good offices of Mr Ross and Campbell, the matter was eventually concluded to our satisfaction. These matters were resolved with professionalism, patience and a focus on securing the best outcome for us. We continued working with Mr Ross and team to purchase a new property, which was straight forward and concluded timeously. We are currently working with Mr Ross and the wider team in Inverurie to sell our current home. We have met and communicated with Jessica, Ross and Calum, all of whom continue to present as professional, courteous and personable. We also have E mail contact from other team members whose contact is of an equally high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending the team in the Inverurie office and appreciate the ongoing service they continue to provide for us.

I approached Aberdein Considine last year with a view of selling my house explaining I had a tenant not paying rent and that I was having to evict her. Matt came out had a look and then kept in touch with me to see what my position was like. After evicting the tenant in February Matt Munday came back and got things rolling very quickly. I found them AC very efficient, Jennifer Bryce kept me informed re viewings, the photographer they used was very professional. Had an excellent buying experience with Aberdein Considine. Initially, I got in touch because I wanted to view a property they were managing the sale for, but in the process, I was put in touch with their mortgage brokering services and their solicitors' services. I did not pursue the property they were advertising, but their help with buying a different property was impeccable regardless. Evelyn Walker and Christopher Grant were incredibly quick to respond to any question I had (and I had a lot of them!) and they offered thorough advice each time. They had no issue with Zoom meetings, as I was not based in Edinburgh, and they ensured a quick and smooth process. Very impressed - I would definitely recommend them.

Aberdien Considine did a wonderful job of securing our apartment purchase. Paul was especially skilled and professional with excellent communication skills. Because we were buying from overseas, we were totally dependent on our online bank. Unfortunately there were transfers limitations which threatened our entrance date ( and a potential lateness fine). Paul however sorted it all out for us. He is a true asset to the company.

Jade Kinninmont was fantastic! After having some terrible experiences when purchasing my property a few years ago with another solicitors, I decided to go with Aberdein Considine for the sale. They are not the cheapest but the value for money I received was so much better than my purchasing conveyancing I would struggle to convince myself to use anyone else. Experience soured following admin error

Working with Jade in selling our home in the Southside was great. She was extremely responsive and supportive through, at times, a tricky sale. Would definitely recommend.Update November 2023:Had to update this as following the completion of our house sale we were contacted by Aberdein Considine a month ago telling us that we were undercharged and that we owed £20. This was entirely their mistake as it was they themselves that took their fee directly from the house sale. To be chased several times and threatened with a debt recovery team over their admin error means that I can no longer recommend their services. During the sale they were grand to deal with but the fact that months later they demanded we pay for their admin mistake has left a sour taste in our mouths.
