Aberdein Considine is very good company, friendly and very experience staff. My property was sold very smooth, only I have an issue with delay payment on my account. Instead of Friday as was agreed I have got money on Monday what was upset me over weekend.

We recently sold our home using Aberdein Considine, Peterhead. Having used Karen as our mortgage advisor - who is excellent - we immediately decided to use them to sell. Laura and Jessica were fantastic. Very quick and professional and always on hand for anything we needed. Jordan then took over with the actual sale and was again very helpful and made the process very straight forward. I would highly recommend AC - the staff are second to none and the service was great!

Matt, Jennifer, Jade, Rebecca and the rest of the AC team were a pleasure to work with during our recent property sale. They provided a second to none experience, we can't thank the team enough for their combined efforts.They expressed true professionalism in every aspect.From my initial telephone call with Rebecca, we knew that this company really care about the service they give to their clients. Matt, Valuer was outstanding with all his advice regarding the potential valuation, what to do and what not to do to market our property. Jennifer, Branch Manager offered her advice regarding marketing the property and both Jennifer and Rebecca were excellent at keeping us updated with feedback from viewings/offers etc. Jade our Solicitor and her legal team were also a pleasure to work with, dealing with all the legal side of the sale. Stayed in regular contact and kept us up to date throughout the whole process and helped us obtain a great price for our property while always being honest and realistic about the market. Also had very competitive marketing fees. Would definitely recommend.

Jade Kinninmont was fantastic! After having some terrible experiences when purchasing my property a few years ago with another solicitors, I decided to go with Aberdein Considine for the sale. They are not the cheapest but the value for money I received was so much better than my purchasing conveyancing I would struggle to convince myself to use anyone else. Working with Alanah Russel, they both made the whole process effortless. I felt like I hardly had any input which was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was handled from a-z with barely any of my own time.Couldn't recommend them anymore and already have been recommending them to friends and family who are buying and selling shortly!

We had a great experience from start to finish and recommend Aberdein Considine in the strongest possible terms!We initially intended to only use Aberdein Considine for our purchase, having been referred on from another firm who were unable to act for us on a prospective purchase. Once we got started with Evelyn handling our purchase, we ended up switching everything (purchase, sale and finances) to Aberdein Considine and never looked back.Jordan and the property team were so impressive with their professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. Working with Jade in selling our home in the Southside was great. She was extremely responsive and supportive through, at times, a tricky sale. Would definitely recommend.Update November 2023:Had to update this as following the completion of our house sale we were contacted by Aberdein Considine a month ago telling us that we were undercharged and that we owed £20. This was entirely their mistake as it was they themselves that took their fee directly from the house sale. To be chased several times and threatened with a debt recovery team over their admin error means that I can no longer recommend their services. During the sale they were grand to deal with but the fact that months later they demanded we pay for their admin mistake has left a sour taste in our mouths.

Aberdein Considine helped us from start to finish. Karen was our mortgage advisor and was fantastic. Caroline then helped us with the purchase of our first home and myself and my partner could not believe how stress free they made the whole process. Jordan called us just to finalise everything and answer any questions along with Callum who also worked along side Caroline with any questions we needed answered. They certainly exceeded our expectations on how smooth and quick the process would be. Would highly recommend them and we would not go anywhere else in future

Having used the services of Aberdein Considine previously, we were confident that they would be the best estate agent and solicitor to guide us through the recent sale of our home and purchase of our next home. Stirling branch manager, Stephen Simpson was excellent from the off and had our home on the market extremely quickly and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The team were great throughout and kept us fully updated on all viewings, feedback from viewings and offers made. The online sale tracker was also a brilliant feature. Our property was sold after just 6 days on the market and Stephen and his team made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Jade was our acting solicitor, who always made herself available to answer any questions we had (of which we had many as first time buyers). We are thankful to have had someone acting on our behalf/in our interests to such a high degree of care and professionalism, particularly given our utter lack of knowledge in the process of purchasing a home! We also used their mortgage brokering service, with Michael able to get us a better rate than what we could source on our own. All in all, a positive experience all round.

We used Rory Taylor Aberdein Considine to arrange our mortgage, the estate agents to market our property and as our solicitors for our sale and purchase of our new property. We had a few issues caused by our buyer and the whole team could not have been more helpful or reassuring. Jade Kinninmont was our solicitor and we also dealt with Zoe Watson on a couple of occassions, they are both knowledgeable and approachable, they reply promptly and really helped us through the whole process.
