From start to finish the advice and service was excellent. Susan Farmer was spot on with valuation and we are so glad we took her advice. Can’t thank her enough ...Read all 7 from sellers

I emailed them saying that I would be interested in renting through their agency and asking a few questions about their affordability and credit checks. They did respond to my first email, but ignored my couple of follow-up questions. If this is how they treat prospective clients, I can't imagine how they treat their existing clients.

Waiting for almost two months for remortgage to be completed. No updates of progress, hard to get hold off. Delay will cost me extra money. Avoid.

My third sale and fourth purchase with Aberdein Considine and couldn’t fault the service from the estage agency, legal and finance departments each time.

A competent firm that delivered what was required, but no more. There was no real sense of representing my interests; it felt more like they prioritised their own interests. Their fees and charges were among the most expensive in the city (Aberdeen), however, their services lacked flexibility and they tended to do things their way with limited regard to their client's preferences. I will almost certainly use another firm for legal and conveyancing services in the future.

I'm really annoyed with the approach from Aberdeen considine! Now they seem to do Home evaluations by the book and evaluate properties 50% below the price!!! Totally unprofessional!

From start to finish Aberdein Considine provided a fantastic service. Responsive, diligent and really showed that they cared. Our solicitor was Chris Comfort and he really did go above and beyond to ensure the sale of the property went smoothly and gave grade A advice and support throughout. Also, a special mention to Nikki Hempseed who ensured we got the best possible price. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

This was our first transaction in Scotland, so the whole process was new for us. From the beginning, they were very approachable, always available, clear with their advice and extremely friendly. They are quite the opposite to the picture that people can have about solicitors. When there were challenges with the other party in the process, Aberdein Considine were exceptional in ensuring corners were not cut, and the best outcome was reached. There were 4 members of their team involved in different parts of the process. Each member was first class in their role, and their internal communication was excellent. There was not one occasion where the ball was dropped, or messages missed. Very impressive team, with a particular mention for Samantha Gilbert who was always able take the tension out of a stressful period. Needless to say, big thanks to Aberdein Considine and we would certainly recommend them.

Bought first home with Aberdein Considine. Our Mortgage Advisor Nikki was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was completed as expected and we had no issues.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
