Our property had many viewings but offers received were not acceptable. We wanted to reduce the asking price prior to the Christmas break however, Kira Moir our Senior Property Adviser, suggested we hold off until the New Year when more buyers would be actively looking. The reduced price and timing worked as we had a raft of viewings and 3 offers which took matters to a closing bid. We have now accepted an offer we are happy with and must thank Kira for her tactical awareness of what to do and when. I used Aberdein Considine to sell my old property and buy my new one and they were outstanding. The estate agency team with Adam and Abbie were so helpful throughout the selling process and nothing was a bother. When they said they would be in touch, they were, documents were on time and correct and the rates were extremely competitive in the market. The property went to a closing date and the whole process was seamless and stress free.

A&C Inverurie made the selling process very easy, Caitlin explained everything clearly at the start, including costs and kept me right along the way. At the point of writing I can only review the sales experience, but I have been incredibly impressed by AC. Firstly, Kelly Ann was very helpful in assisting with my queries regarding the onboarding process, and always replied promptly with a great level of detail. Secondly, Kira has been absolutely fantastic to work with on the marketing and sale of the property - I have worked in residential development for over 15 years in London and across the South East, so have encountered many Sales Advisers from large agencies. I can confidently say Kira has been one of the best I've worked with. She has excellent attention to detail and acts with real professionalism. Lastly, the other members of the AC team that I have spoken to have always been very polite and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Union St branch of AC.

The member of staff who I have worked with most closely has been exceptional - excellent communication at all times and very good advice at all stages of the selling process. We recently bought a house through Aberdein Considine so we decided to use them to sell our house in order to make the process easier. The service we were provided by Stephen and his team was second to none. From the first meeting we had with Stephen when he came out to value our property, we knew we made the right choice. We were given a valuation then left to make our decision whether to go with them or not, rather than being hounded with calls and putting pressure on us to choose them.Once we decided to go ahead, Stephen came back out to discuss how the marketing would go and the process of getting our house on the market. Throughout the setting up process of photos, for sale signs going up etc. Stephen and his team constantly kept in touch with us and were amazing at communicating what was happening when. I was also really pleased at the quick turnaround to get the advert live so quickly after the photos etc. had been done - a lot of other places tell you it can take up to 5 working days!We were lucky that our house was high in demand and were inundated with viewers. The team communicated well with us and listened to preferences on viewings days/times as well as keeping us updated of feedback. We already had 25 viewings booked in within a couple of days and we decided that we weren’t going to book in anymore due to some health issues going on and 2 youngs kids that we were trying to keep entertained during viewings or trying not to mess up the house! Stephen and his team were really respectful of our decision and again didn’t put any pressure on us to book in more viewings.Overall we have had the most positive experience using Aberdein Considine and I would have no qualms of using them again and recommending them.
