My fiancé and I are having life residential as our agency 2 years. We’ve been happy in general with the agency but we’ve been more happy and grateful to the property manager Hayley Bellfield. We were supposed to move out from our flat that we rent with life residential and move to our new flat that we bought it before our contract will finish with them. Unfortunately in our new flat there are delays and it’s not ready yet for us to move in and our contract with life residential was supposed to finish soon. We asked to extend our contract with them for a little longer cause we were going to leave with no place to stay. When we talked with life residential Hayley was the one that straight away when she saw in what situation we were, she helped us with everything. She spoke with the landlord and managed for us to stay in the flat that we rent with them for 2 more weeks and being able to move calmly to our new flat when it’s ready. Thank you so much Hayley for all the effort and the help. It’s really big help what you did and congrats to the all agency life residential for the hard work you do everyday. Thank you!

We've had our ups and down with Life Residential after having a hard time reaching our previous 2 property managers. However, ever since Michael Mushota become our new manager, it's been a pure pleasure to discuss any matter concerning our flat. Michael is a superb employee, always kind and understanding, fast to reply and I cannot recommend him enough. Our relationship with the agency definitely changed for the better now and I'd hope that other agents could follow Michael's example.

We've been tenants with Life Residential for 2 years and had previously had a lot of trouble getting replies from our property POCs in the past hence the 4 star rating. But since Shannon became our Property Manager this year she's made everything so much easier. From logging apartment issues to now going through the moving out process Shannon is always happy to help sort everything out as needed and is very professional and quick in response times etc. We've really appreciated her help with everything and would definitely recommend her to other tenants/customers alike!

Very good services from Property Lettings and Management teams. Quick response on both sides - landlords and tenants. Property management team is always keeping in touch and bringing you updates. Information is provided on a timely basis, no need to chase the agents with reminders to complete a task or resolve an issue. Property reviews are carried out annually, they just send you a report without you having noticed a year passed by)) Life Residential is strongly recommended!

Avoid these people! They look very professional and reliable at first but only until you pay the holding deposit. Once you pay the holding deposit and the first payments for rental properties, they sit back and relax. Resolving issues with them is like a full-time job. They exhaust you to the point that you stop following up. When I asked the other tenants, they had the same situation. During my tenancy, I had several issues with the property, and the property manager sent me DIY videos to fix the broken toilet seat by myself. Interestingly, at the end of tenancy, they then wanted to deduct some amount of my security deposit because I had attempted to fix the broken door by myself and responded to one of their emails late when I was away on holiday (needless to say that I had contacted them several times and each time they replied late). It's been too months since I moved out and still haven't received my deposit. the property manager is most of the times away from work or doesn't care to respond to my emails. Once they're back to work, they ask for the same documents that I have already shared with them just to pass time until their next break. Do NOT recommend them at All!

Fantastic team of people, led by a great sales director, Valentins, who found and qualified the right type of buyer to get my property sold. I had first contracted a local agent who were below par and lacked the experience of selling a high end property. Within two weeks of contracting with Life Residential I had a qualified buyer vetted and offer come through; with full completion done within 3 months. I highly recommend this agent and will be contracting them for the sale of other properties.

Willing to go the extra mile

We recently moved into a property in Greenwich with Life. We had some issues with the utilities and switching providers. This was stressing my partner and I out as we both have busy jobs and were unable to make any progress with it. Review of my property administrator Kristina Valuzyte

Recently I rented a flat via Life Residential and have got Kristina as my property administrator. Firstly during the reference process, Kristina was able to get back to my questions very on time and resolve my questions with appropriate advices. Secondly Kristina was able to arrange pre-move-in cleaning on the date promised to tenants with no delays and took the initiative to follow up and send me the invoice, which really shows the " thinking from customer side" manner in the job, which is excellent!

I've had Gabriella as the property manager for an apartment a friend and myself rented for a couple of years and recently moved out. She was very helpful in handling any questions I may of had and as there were some deductions in the deposit, she was very fair in ensuring we didn't overpay. I've had issues like this in the past and was left feeling unfairly charged, none of this feeling with Gabriella. Would definitely recommend Gabriella and :Life Residential!

We have just moved into our property and there were a few things that needed resolving. It was over the winter holidays and we could not reach our assigned property manager. Shadey is the best agent I have dealt with, as is Life Residential as a company. I have two flats, both of which were rented out very quickly - one within an hour of completion! The second was rented shortly afterwards, however, the prospective tenant was rejected following the referencing process. Having had awful tenants in the past, I appreciate how thorough LR's referencing was. A new tenant was also found very quickly. Shadey has provided me with relevant information at every stage throughout the process, and answered my questions quickly and effectively. Overall I found Sam enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I think the areas that I would suggest Sam may need to develop are around his calmness in his approach when questioned about issues. When we queried whether things were correct or not, I think maybe Sam took this as a personal attack, which it wasn't, and his subsequent response was a bit defensive. I assume this is a slight nervousness or lack of full confidence in his role, which is fine. What I would say to Sam is this: take a deep breath, don't always respond immediately until you are calm, don't worry if you did make a mistake - we all do it, all the time. You'll go far, so stay calm and build your confidence in your role. Overall a very hassle free, pleasant experience though. Thanks Sam

Ellie has been absolutely brilliant at sorting out any problems we have had in our flat.
