GoogleThis is our second time using Life Residential (LR). LR can quickly find us a new tenant. Bruce has followed our case closely and kept us informed of all details. The new tenant moved in as smoothly as scheduled. We are happy with the service provided by LR.

GoogleThey can give you always less price for your rental income. 1) I have bought a property with them got really very bad service 2) after 4 years decided to go with them rent a property. after 42 emails their agent is realise that whatever price I am asking for the rent it is 400 quid lower than their thinking price. 3) My given price is my current rental price. 4) Other agents gave me also 500 quid more price than their given price. 5) It means that if your property is worth £1500 pcm then these company will be able to find a tenant for for £1100 which can be done by any normal person in London. 6) They will always try to give you less price for rental income.

GoogleAfter a previous horrible experience with the property management aspect of Life Residential, having Lord Cobblah cover my 2nd moving in process was reassuring. He is pleasant, accessible and thorough, which makes interacting with him a pleasure. His professionalism deserves 5 stars. In general, Life Residential's strength is that they offer modern, beautiful apartments, which is why I rented with them again. However, things seem to break down where property management is concerned. For example, having cleaning done properly prior to move in and having maintenance issues corrected in a timely manner are issues that make the experience immensely stressful. I suspect this isn't unique to Life Residential, and their staff do make an effort to be pleasant.

Used these guys for purchase, tenancy management and subsequent sale and having dealt with close to 8 individuals over the years across various departments, I can only recommend the one. Seweryn who assisted in the sale of my flat went above and beyond even with a major setback so for him alone, 5 stars. With the tenancy side of things, I’ve sent numerous emails to both my account manager and property manager and not received replies. Even time sensitive issues which could have resulted in my losing a sale were never responded to so 0 stars for these. I will in future avoid purchasing any rental property where Life Residential is affiliated in any way. Avoid.

GoogleNever recommend. We only used LiFE Residential once, it is really rubbish service. Never tell you it is car free parking property before renting a flat from them. They just sorry, sorry we do not know before. Fxxk, you are the agent and you do not know? The toilet is unable to flush just 1 week after moving in. Never come to fix even asked thousands of times. The curtain for the shower room is as old as grandpa's age and never changed as we asked the first day when we move in. The apartment checklist is useless and all the issues were never solved after 2 months. MINUS 5 star.

GoogleI have chosen one star for lack of zero stars. By far the worst and dishonest letting agent I have ever had to deal with. It is a shame that they are allowed to do business. One thing it is clear about this agent; they do not operate in good faith, and they will try to attack your security deposit with arbitrary fees, and it is there very little you can do except hiring lawyer (which will cost you more money than just paying out the fees).

GoogleI had a really great experience finding my apartment with Life Residential. George Lamb in particular did a great job. He was professional, insightful and friendly. Even since moving in, he's still in contact to make sure that everything is ok with the property. Everyone at Life Residential is quick to respond if a problem arises and are all very helpful. I would recommend Life Residential to anyone in a heartbeat.

GoogleCurrently renting with this agency. The letting team was pretty fast to agree on our conditions but the flat wasn't delivered properly (many issues reported on the inventory list were not fixed) and our conditions were not respected (the agency agreed to add an extra wardrobe before moving in but we are still waiting for it after 3 weeks living in the flat). Our property manager is not replying to our emails, after 3 attempts we still don't have any reply. I wouldn't recommend this agency to landlords as I doubt your flat will be managed properly and tenants as they aren't replying to your request in a timely manner. Very disappointed!

GoogleGood evening, I am a friend of Catherine, who started to rent a flat through this agency a month ago. I am heartbroken to hear what my friend had to come up through with this agency. They have been so unprofessional. They were ignoring my friend over email and telephone, lying to her, and I can't understand why my friend has been treated in such way, what a shame. Please do avoid dealing with this company!

GoogleStay away from this agent!!!!!!! They only want your money and never look after you! They don't care if you have hot water in the bloody winter, it took them ages to send someone to fix something very essential!!!!! But when it comes to charge you, it takes no time and they will find whatever excuse to do so. Don't be fool by them and stay away!! I actually feel sorry for people working for this company, which is a morally wrong business only serving one purpose to make tenants life worse! Where's your moral?????

GoogleWow, you could be charged for £80 on changing a light bulb, which just a minute work. Everyone must love to get this job with nice return! What a "GREAT" agent if you wanted to be charged on every single tiny items and with poor service, such as letting you had COLD shower for a month during the WINTER time rather than sending people to fix your boiler as quickly as they could. Please go ahead if you would love to be treated like this.
