GoogleVery unhappy with the services. After I moved in a new flat they have promised they will register me for Water and Electriciy services. After multiple e-mails and 5 months passed they still have failed to register me, by consequence I haven’t received my bills and I do not know if the flat it’s a suitable place to live as I can not calculate my monthly expenses. The flat is entirely based on electricity.

GoogleI would definitely suggest Life residential team for flat hunting at London. My experience (with Mo Marstani as my consultant) is that the team can provide a very good service and they are marketing really nice properties. From the first day that you move in you are having the property manager next to you (Maquel in my case) and this provides a sense of security and caring. Thank you team for the support :)

GoogleSuch a useless agency. They allure you in with nice and efficient comms before moving in till you sign a contract and rent money starts flowing in, then they completely and incompetently ignore you. Crucial issues that have been highlighted at start of tenancy are to date (two months later) still unresolved. Worst money sucking useless agency I've ever dealt with. They can't even get their own staff's holiday planning and turnover right.
