GoogleThe Worst Agency in the world... have so many account managers in just two year. Completely incompetent and useless. when they need your help, they want you to respond in a matter of days, whilst your lucky to get your "account manager" on the phone. They do not manage their tenants at all. Since moving into the property every few months we get new issues, from Bailiff trying to come into the property because of old tenants, and the Life Residential does nothing to help!! utter useless... They also told the electricity provider that we had moved out, which meant that we've had electricity cancelled on us, and had to re-setup an account. They've told us that we can park within the residential area and they will sort it with PCN, and of course, I get a ticket and they ask me to pay it!. Utter useless. If you can, avoid ever having to deal with them...

GoogleWe've struggled with uncommunicative property managers in the past, but ever since Shannon Amor came onboard our experience has completely changed! She's always prompt to communicate with us quickly and works hard to ensure repairs and other issues are taken care of as rapidly and efficiently as possible. We are extremely happy with our experience with Shannon so far.

GoogleIf there’s a zero star rating I would have done it. I contacted Mr Adam via WhatsApp a few times and then I made 2 offers and then he just saw my messages and didn’t reply even with “sorry”. The next days, I called the office and aksed to talk with a supervisor and I told him that I tried to arrange a viewing and no one called me back after they promised to do so and then he tried to apologise and to promise that he will ask them to help me and yet nothing happen. I don’t know if they are open just to drink coffee and take pictures but they are not professional at all or they are just here for the suits.

GoogleHarassment Experts. Since I have moved into my flat, I have had nothing but harassment by Life Residential agents. If I could NOT have chosen Life Residential, I would be happier, but now I am stuck with these agents who threaten with fees for this and that and are continually disturbing my peaceful enjoyment of the flat.
