My customer experience with LIFE is the poorest I have ever had. Tenants are treated as nobodies. To cut a long story short, signing a tenant contract with them was a mistake.

GoogleLife Residential managed my property for a year and they keep changing account manager, not replying emails. Now my tenant has moved out and burnt my floor, didnt clean the place, and ruined the electricity hobs.But the manager told me I cant charge him for more than £200 from deposit which is ridiculous. Do they think my floor only worth 100 quids? And now I’ve been waiting for a month to get the deposit back, no one response to my emails for 2 weeks. I would never recommend this rubbish agency to manage your property it’s been a massive headache!

From offer to move-in is only 18 calendar days, in this short period, Ervis Sherrniku has made his best endeavour to coordinate with his colleagues, responded to my queries promptly and politely, in order to find me a new apartment.
This 4.5-star (0.5 star for future improvement) review is solely for the performance of Ervis, I believe if his colleagues (who I have contacted with earlier) in the branch could perform as good as Ervis did, LiFE Residential will become one of the best agent in London shortly.
Apartment condition (during viewing):
Except some defects are found, which may be damaged by the former tenants, the apartment is generally in a good condition, most of the furnitures and kitchen appliances look good.

I can genuinely say Nirav has always maintained a very positive, professional and courteous relationship between us. If there were any problems he would maintain a neutral stance and do his best to resolve the issue in a way that suited all parties. Inevitably, in any letting situation there may be problems from time to time i.e. a leaky tap or nuisance neighbours etc; in such cases it matters to have a property manager who cares and is willing to go the extra mile for you, which Nirav has done for me! GoogleAs you all know finding a new home is a difficult process. Bruce Bell, letting consultant was extremally helpful and made this process so easy. He helped me find the right home for me at the right price.
Besides, the whole team at Life Residentials are amazing! My property manager, Cristina Luntraru, is extremely helpful and kind.
She provided me with a ton of useful information and my moving in was so straight forward. The team is very responsive and thoughtful, its a pleasure to collaborate with them.

GoogleI'm seriously impressed with Life Residential over these past few months. And I have to say it's been a bit unexpected considering my past experiences with them. But definitely a very pleasant experience this time around. The credit goes to the lads who have managed our property towards the end of our tenancy.
Firstly, Christopher Lazarides has always been so helpful and has supported us at every step over the last 6 months or so. I wish every tenant gets to have a property manager like Chris!
And at the very end of our tenancy, Nick Martin stepped up to help us with our check-out as easy as it comes. In spite of a couple of minor hiccups, he managed it extremely well and again demonstrated the same qualities as Chris, of being helpful and responsive.
