GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY IF YOU ARE RENTING IN WEST LONDON. Renting with them is just a nightmare. 2 Years with them full of stress and extra pressure. Living in terrible living conditions in Arc Tower due to the cladding works and nobody cares. Maintenance issues needs at minimum 3-4 months to be completed only if you are calling every day, and most of them not even fixed after 2 years renting with them. Completely useless property managers they are there just to answer the phone once every 3 months just to tell you that they will inform the landlord without getting any reply. I am so glad that I am leaving this flat.
