FacebookI moved into a property with no hot water and a faulty boiler on the 29th of July 2016. It has been 2 weeks and it has still not been fixed. The boiler engineer who have attended seem clueless about how to fix it.
Instead of repeating reminders we have not been provided with an alternate accomodation. According to the managers and representatives from life residential it is not an urgent issue .

GoogleWhere to start? Extremely unprofessional property managers, brought us nothing but stress as tenants. They treat their tenants appallingly. They are only interested in fees and chasing for money. Our property got so bad we had to leave. I feel sorry for any landlord who trusts their property in these lazy unprofessional people’s hands. Something very dodgy about the whole way our contract was managed.

Property viewings signing contract making payments management getting back deposit was good in general.
I only faced two problems: First sometimes the staff didn't communicate and reply fast. In my case it was when getting back my deposit. Second even after making payments I received letter of late payments which always took me by surprise as it happened more than once. But when I contact the office they apologies for this mistake.
