GoogleMy initial experience with Life has been really bad as the property manager they assigned to us was not responsive to emails and calls and never managed to fix something in the flat after 7 months we flagged it and continuously followed up. However, when the property manager changed to Michael Mushota our experience has been really good thanks to his great performance. It took him few days to fix all the outstanding issues.

We were a little anxious as we had arrived from India only recently and we barely had any time to find a place for us here, before the last check out date from the hotel. Thats when I met Lord. My experience with this agency has been terrible so far. Before moving in, the inventory made after the end of the previous tenancy highlighted some things that needed to be fixed. Now, after 9 months, I'm still waiting for my bed to be replaced. We agreed on paying a fee that should cover the heat bill, with a review due after 6 months. Again, still waiting for it. So far, it hasn't been a pleasant experience.
