GoogleWorst real estate agency in London. Their response time is a week. I was looking to rent a flat in Westgate as I previously lived their, used to hear from the tenants which rented through this agency that their customer service is ridiculous but I have experienced it my self and it’s true. Their agent “Bruce” wasted my time for a week and he didn’t even reply to half of my messages. Stay away from them.

GoogleWhere to start? Extremely unprofessional property managers, brought us nothing but stress as tenants. They treat their tenants appallingly. They are only interested in fees and chasing for money. Our property got so bad we had to leave. I feel sorry for any landlord who trusts their property in these lazy unprofessional people’s hands. Something very dodgy about the whole way our contract was managed.
