Renting through LiFE Residential was clear and fast process with plenty of support from friendly and professional staff (mainly Benjamin and Courtney). The reason for 4* is that I found out after moving in that the landlord has been looking to sell the flat, which would be nice to know beforehand. The property management has made me changing from 4* to 1*. After moving in, it took very long time to set up all utilities as it had to be done by the property manager. After moving out, it took long time for them to let the utility company know about me moving out. I've contacted the utility company myself after receiving bill for a period after I moved out and was told they can't do anything until the agent notifies them. Furthermore, it's been 2 months since moving out and I haven't received any of my deposit back even though I was told twice in the last month, that the account team will be notified on that day to release the funds.

I have been using Life Residential since 2019 when I first moved to London. They have supported and seen me through 2 successful annual rental contract renewals. They are professional as an agency and openly communicate through all processes of securing accommodation. If you do your part as a tenant and abide by the contract, they will do their part equally and support you in anyway you need.
