GoogleI want to share a cautionary tale about my experience with life Residential. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare, and I hope my story serves as a warning to others. They displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. Once they received my rent payment, they became unresponsive to my calls and requests. Our agreed-upon meeting dates were consistently missed, causing frustrating delays. They reneged on their commitment to personally hand over the apartment, leaving me to collect keys from an uninformed receptionist. To make matters worse, the apartment was handed over in a deplorable state, dirty and far from ready. This company's negligence and disregard for basic standards are inexcusable. My experience with life Residential was marked by stress and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against working with them. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs to avoid the same ordeal.

Geri has arranged the renewal of the lease on my property with consummate ease and at the same time, managed to raise the rental income for me. This was all done seamlessly, with the documentation prepared and signed and copied to me, well in advance of the end date of the lease. This lady is obviously going far in her career.

GoogleLife Residential is currently managing my tenancy. Christopher Lazarides has been my property manager and he has been excellent in dealing with property requests (eg fixes) - requests were addressed in a prompt manner and solved issues. Christopher also followed up after fixes to check if everything was OK which we appreciate very much.

GoogleWorst Follow up service. We have sent emails and calling the property manager Hayley for over months for the apartment issue (HIU Service). Never received any email feedback. Called many times and was told the team has it on team emails and would respond. Again never responded. Not even a word except the out of office auto response. We are thinking of buying house but will never go to this agent again. High not recommended. Please avoid.

Roseanne has recently become our property manager. Within a few days, she's managed to fix issues we've had with the apartment for the previous three months due to poor reactivity from our previous property manager. Roseanne is very reactive in terms of answering emails but also in making things move. Very happy to have her as our new property manager.

Facebook1 because I can't give zero. The apartment was full of bed bugs and it took them 6 weeks to get rid of them. I have been reporting numerous problems with the apartment which should have been rectified but I receive out of office notification each time. Same is the case with my neighbors with same agent. Pathetic.

I have just rented a new property in London Ealing and I have to say my overall experience so far is definitely very good. Agents were able to solve my problems while sign-in the contract and available for any questions. Move-in process was very smooth and in case of questions, the property manager is always promptly contacting you.

GoogleMe and my partner moved into our flat with the help of Life Residential back in January. This was with the very helpful Steven. We have received countless help from Cristina and Kristina since being here and we couldn't have asked for more support and help which made our move extremely smooth. I recently had a drama where I lost my fob to get into the building. Despite the obvious nightmare of this situation, within a few days I had received a new one due to Cristina being so helpful. I can't recommend these guys enough and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thanks to all of you :)
