Stephen Swindlehurst is also knowledgeable regarding the conveyancing process. Between them they managed both my sale and purchase in a professional and courteous manner.

I own a number of properties, and just purchased another one in Oxfordshire, I was hesitant about the cost or just the 'Tenant Finding' service offered by Breckon & Breckon, but in the end worth the extra, I would have no hesitation in recommending their professional and dedicated service to anyone, I just wish my other properties were in Oxfordshire so I could use them more often!

It's been a wonderful surprise to be able rent through an agent that goes out of its way to look after the needs of its tenants; I'm sure this is in no small part due to Kathryn. Found all members of staff polite and helpful. All viewings were conducted by either Lauren, Andrew or Rachel with feedback being given the next day or within a few days. The solicitor recommended by Breckon and Breckon was also very good. Having not moved for 38 years we were surprised how smoothly it all went. We would have no hesitation in recommending Breckon and Breckon to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Property manager on holiday during check out. We’re just in the process of ending our tenancy and I thought it worth a second review because of how useless they have been, again. They never return phonecalls or messages. It takes weeks or even months to get anything fixed on the property. It took 3 months to get the double glazing fixed in the middle of winter. When we phoned about an issue with our back door lock we were threatened with a £99 lock smith charge if it was in any way our fault (we fixed the damaged key ourselves for £2.50 and then called them out for the lock issues). The process is so slow that we just bought the replacement blind for our sons room rather than wait any longer for Breckon (they took 2 weeks and we were being woken up at dawn every day). The main property manager went on holiday during the week of our check out with no one else being provided as a replacement contact and adding unnecessary delays to the return of our deposit.
